I always get the same pizza but it is never the same. The amount of items keeps getting slimmer. The pizza today has almost no sauce and probably 5-6 pcs of mushroom and banana peppers. Supposed to be garlic sauce crust- no flavor. Sad. We got Marcos for a reason, might switch up to Zorbas.Parking: It’s parking

My house is 5 miles from Marco's in Chapin. Timberlake is 7 miles from Marco's. Marco's will not deliver to me, 2 miles closer because I'm "outside" of zone. I can usually convince them to deliver and they agreed as they usually do. They held up my order for 45 minutes and called to say they could not deliver, then changed their mind to say they would deliver in another 45 minutes. Not acceptable..pizza out of the oven 1.5 hours..no cold pizza please. They said they would refund order. I won't intentionally order from Marco's again. BTW...Dominoes had no problem bringing me a hot pizza. Lesson learned.

I checked the order (what was delivered and it was COLD) I declined the order as it cold and only partially fulfilled. I asked for a refund that evening and told it would be a few business days, I've spoken to a manager and still no refund and was told it was processed. Do not support this establishment !!!YOU SAY TO PRIVATE MESSAGE YOU, BUT YOU DO NOT ANSWER THE MESSAGE, I'VE SPOKEN TO THE STORE 2X AND NO REFUND. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A BUSINESS TO TREAT CUSTOMERS IN THIS MANNER !!!
I waited a long time for my pizza this Friday night, but that’s because everyone and their mother wanted pizza this Friday night. I am leaving a five star review regardless because my pizza was hot and fresh, and I saw the effort. The manager, Shawn, was running around making things happen amidst the chaos of this dinner rush. Still, he maintained good spirits and a friendly attitude, doing his best even with a horde of hangry people harrumphing in the lobby. Kudos to you Shawn and thank you Marcos for a good pizza and an opportunity for me to practice patience.
