I have been going to this Wholefoods West Ashley location since it opened and always had a very good meal. I last went in July 2023 and in order to get the meal hot I had to walk to the opposite end of the store to put it in a microwave. So disappointed also that the coffee and tea bar is gone.

West Ashley Wholefood Location is Worst at being Open at 7am. I have went in before work and had to stand outside beyond the Opening time. Late meetings is not an excuse for opening late. On top of that There was no cashier logged in to complete my sale. This is not the 1st time this happened, but it needs to stop. Wholefood is suppose to be in a class of its on.

We all know whole foods and all the amazing organic foods you'll find there. Plus all the prepared foods... the place is amazing. Somethings you might not have thought about Whole Foods for is when it's time to C-E-L-E-B-R-A-T-E! I knew about the flowers before because I went to another location for get flowers done for a friend in the hospital. You can get a for real professional looking arrangement here for a half of what it would cost you at a florist. And what's a celebration without cake? We picked up a black and white cake and it was better than many bakery cakes I've had. It's the perfect stop when you want to celebrate someone special in your life.

Such a clean, well-run store with an amazing variety. I just love them. Today I had a return and the managers handled it so well--they went above and beyond. I'm a forever customer.

We regularly shop at Whole Foods at home and stop in for lunch when we are on the road. My wife's tomato basil soup was hot and tasty, but her white pizza and spinach slice was barely warm and tasteless. My turkey sandwich had chopped turkey that fell out of the food ciabbatta roll with nearly frozen greens. My thanks to Amazon.

Love Whole Foods and Earth Fare. Best Grocery's in the area. The whole food employees at this location are are extremely nice and helpful. Store is always organized and has an 'A' food rating which is always great.

While foods is my favorite grocery store! I'm always trying a new eating plan, and organic foods are main effort. I love the diversity of the hot bar. You can eat a hot breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the day. They have many options to choose from. You can get beer, coffee or food while you are shopping. I enjoy the meat section, because they have great prices on organic chicken. The cheese department is awesome. They have a great variety of cheeses to choose from. Some cheeses I you would need to order from a specific vendor, but they have them at Whole Foods. The produce is always fresh, and atmosphere is healthy! You will usually see fit and healthy people in the store. The service that you receive from the employees is outstanding. I'm very particular about certain foods, and every time I ask a question to one of the employees, they immediately get up and show me exactly where the item is. This place just knows me.

I find happiness in walking the aisles of this Whole Foods. I prefer this location to the Mount Pleasant one--maybe because it's new and shiny. This store seems smaller and less congested than the other store. It's super organized and it's easy to navigate from one department to the next. The hot bar seemed to have many tasty options. The sushi station offers a nice variety. The bakery department is tiny. I love the self-serve French macaron station! They have a Açaí bowl bar. I love to browse the health and beauty departments and check out the inventory. They carry brands that are hard to find elsewhere. The bar area is nice (reminds me of Lowe's Foods). They also have exclusive deals for Amazon Prime members.

Lunch or dinner from the hot food bars is always good. I’m never disappointed with the variety or the freshness!

The Intelligentsia of Grocery Stores. While Whole Foods has possibly escaped its demise (for now), after being rescued/acquired by Jeff Bezos, the endemic arrogant culture that infests this chain is still ever present. When I walk in, I shouldn't have to chase an employee down, and beg for help. Just a little smile, and a 'Hi there', would go a long way. They even have some lump standing at the official 'Customer Service' counter. Not a word out of them either. These people just don't get it. I'm the blinking idiot moron who has brought his disposable income to shower upon them. Whole Foods is not the end-all, be-all, that they think they are. The atmosphere is so thick you can cut it with a disposable compostable plastic machete (rubber tipped for safety). I thought with this location being post-acquisition(AMZN), some of that would be gone, but no such luck. Their day will come, when Jeff or his minions catch up with them. Meanwhile, other grocery chains, such as Lowe's Foods and certain Publix, are fast shifting their operations to target the organic demographic. As for the groceries, the selection is pretty random. They have some multiple suppliers, but only a few choices from the many offered by each. You are then slammed with the 365 offering. Ho hum. Full Disclosure: I've shopped Whole Foods before they were Whole Foods, in multiple states. This is not a first time experience for me. I just expected better. (PS: The place still smells like a barn).

I like this Whole Foods Market in West Ashley. Ever since it opened I find myself in there looking for the best and nutritious food and drink items I can find in the Charleston area. I like the layout of this location and find it easy to get in and out and find everything I could need. They have a large selection of many items and everyone there is knowledgeable and helpful to make sure you have a pleasant shopping experience. Overall it is a good Whole Foods Market.

Purchased ribeyes today at $18.99 per pound, we grilled them as usual, unfortunately these ribeyes were so so so tough and grisly. The worst ribeyes I have ever had, I am not sure what's going on with Whole Foods. I am a master griller so the error is definitely the low quality of meat that Whole Foods is selling. This also happened with their ground beef, both tasteless.

New experience for me. It’s Mostly vegan. I’m not... but the colors and salads are so appealing to the eye. Unique combinations of food. Many types of salads and vegetables to try. Sat in the cafe. Wasn’t busy Sunday mid morning. Hmmm. I’d try it again sometime. I’m sure I’m healthier just thinking about it.
