Just sat in line at the drive through. No answer no response. Wondered why everyone just kept driving off. Plenty of lost revenue. Been standing at the counter listening to people chat on the phone and was told to “hold on”. Now I am just waiting to see how long it takes.

Arrived at drive-thru this afternoon at 2:15. There was a pickup truck that I thought was ordering in front of me and 3 vehicles behind me. After the pickup advanced to the pickup window I noticed he didn't stop to pick up an order and left. I waited to order for 10 minutes while cars were lining up behind me. I proceeded to the pickup window thinking maybe the microphone was broken. There was a girl inside at the window. She was looking at me but did not approach the window. I was yelling, "Are you open!" But she would not talk to me so I left and drove across the street. I watched the remaining cars, about 6 of them, do the same thing, and leave without service. I doubt I will stop here again. Very strange and eerie experience!

I ordered two chicken sliders and when i got them there was a little tiny nugget on one and a slightly bigger one on the other. i ordered this same thing a couple weeks ago and it was a normal tender in the slider but this time i am very not happy. The chicken is also slightly burnt.

I’m not sure if the Google hours are wrong (I just submitted an update) but I drove up to the drive through at 10:15pm and no one ever took my order. The lights were on inside, the menu was lit up, and google says this Arby’s is open every day until 11pm. I drove to the window and finally a younger girl came up and simply said “we closed”. I asked what time do they close and she said 10. It didn’t feel like they were closed but maybe they do close at 10 and I’m just mistaken. After reading the last few reviews though, I wonder if she just closed up an hour early and didn’t want to make any more food?
