Not Sure of the name of the staff member(Caucasian male) working the drive thru on 4/1 @610pm. But it was the worst customer service experience ever at this location. I literally was told & waited 10min with no cars infront o behind for him to take my order and once I paid I waited and extra 6min for me to drive around and he'd bring it out. I will not visit this location no longer.

The food was good as always, but when we sat down I think it was the shift manager (she has red hair) I'm not sure was walking around the restaurant with just her socks on, really unprofessional. Next she was sitting on the counter towards the the inside ànd one of the other employees was between her legs. Definitely not appropriate for work place environment ?.

The 'sliced roast beef' was actually so chopped or ground up that it looked like cat food. I paid for 4 sandwiches to be split between my husband and daughter. After just a few bites, they both opted for PB&j insteadUsed to be the husband's favorite fast food, now he says he never wants Arby's again. Don't waste your money like I did, even the service is lacking.

The employees here tonight were more concerned about their dance party in the restaurant than their customers.Somebody needs to get ahold of this restaurant. You are leaving money on the table with your broken systems. I miss Pam Mooneyham. She ran great restaurants!

We came at about 11pm for a late-night meal. They were out of beef so no sandwich for me. Still got my chocolate milkshake, though. I gave 4 stars because the lady at the window was funny as HECK.
Went thru drive thru tonight ordered 4 for 10 roast beef. First drive thru person did not have headset on so drive to the window to oder. She was nice but buns were burnt and didn't know til we got home!! No turnovers available after 10 pm when they are on the menu!! This has happened more than once!! If your open late than have items available!!

The worst customer service I have ever received. The lady taking the order was impatient rushing us through our order before we could finish even telling her how we wanted our sandwiches. I asked for mayo. I didn’t ask for it to be swimming in mayo. Just gross. The pictures are the inedible chicken sandwich I was given in the drive thru. When I got to work and saw this, I tossed in the garbage. My co-worker didn’t even get the correct order. Just an overall horrible experience.
