This is the most disgusting nastiest work environment to work in !! The food is overpriced !! Management and owners aren’t on one accord!! I wouldn’t recommend working or eating here !

I do not know what's going on with this restaurant, but I visited there last Saturday and was so disappointed. It took a good 30 minutes of standing in line just to have her order taken and once we received our food about 25 minutes later, the fries were cold the onion rings were cold, the barbecue had little or no sauce it was very dry. This is not the quality of food that I've had there in the past. I had immediate buyer's remorse for spending $60 on two plates that were unpalatable. So disappointed, I can't say after my experience on Saturday that I would ever return.

There are much better BBQ places. Also they charge $3 for a cup of water and their order of fries is about five fries.

When we visit Charleston, we stop in at Bessinger's for their outstanding onion rings, which we loving call, onion donuts! The bbq is also very good.

Went to Wajiba here and had the rare buffet that was set up. Everything tasted good and the venue was charming. There is a drive through that I didn't use.

I didn't have time to dine in this time, but I love the rustic decor and hospitality of those who work here.Parking: There are a few spaces in the front of the restaurant and few in back as it will block the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: Very wholesome, polite people and atmosphere.

This was my 1st visit, and my last. I ordered a 2 meat meal, bbq and wings. I expected a premium meal of quality food, paying the extra 10.00 for the BBQ and wings. ?This gave me 3 precut rib bones and 6 wing drumlets. Not 3 flats and 3 mini drum sticks. The food was cold, hard, dry, and bland in tast.? As for the sides, some people like a layer of burnt cheese on top of their mac and cheese. So, I have no comment on that. ?Removing it, and it was the best part of the entire meal. I had to place the fried okra in the air frier. They were cold and undercooked.Oh, I waited for more than 30 minutes. I did receive an apology for the long wait. Maybe I should have taken it back. It's only a 7-minute drive. Or maybe I shouldn't be so hungry that I would eat almost anything.?Lesson learned.

This place never fails to exceed expectations on quality. Food was hot and fresh. I got the big brisket sandwich and onion rings this time from the drive thru and both we’re top notch!

This is the second time I have ordered Bessingers. And the second time my fries have been not only cold, but you could tell that they’ve been sitting for a while. You have no choice but to get the onion ring regardless if you’re allergic. NO SUBSTITUTIONS. as it was kindly put. Will not be back nor will I recommend anyone to go there.

We had the worst experience ever , treated with passive aggression from the cashier.Manager forgot our fries and onion rings ..My girl had ribs, Mac n cheese.and potato salad with too mustard…I had to drive back to have them add fries/onion rings to my combo. The worst Mac n cheeses ever..Jim n Nicks is way better so is Rodney Scott’s BBQ.Bessingsrs has the worst food, over priced, with a one of kind good old boy culture..Never again?

We had two dinner plates of pulled pork, coleslaw, and hash and rice. Food was as incredible as always and we received service with a smile.
