WOW!!! YUM! YUM! YUM! Not only does Wes and his crew make some OUTSTANDING food, but their service is top notch as well! I got in touch with Wes at Brown Dog Deli months ago to cater a 200 person conference and I am so glad I did!! Everyone LOVED the food and Wes was on time and delivered everything as promised! I fortunately had the chance to stop by the deli the day before my conference. I told Wes that after viewing their menu so many times online, I couldn't wait until Saturday! So, I went by (and the space itself is so cool......old metal lunchboxes hanging on the wall....old games......such nostalgia!) and ordered the Paradise Panini along with their fries. OH MY GOODNESS!!! So much food (enough for two meals, but I ate all of it at once!) and it was absolutely perfect!!! And those fries?!?! WOW!!! I'm just glad I don't know the calorie count on those! :0) I had the "Folly Beach Crunch Wrap" in my bag lunch at the conference and that was just as delicious! I was able to grab a spare "Rosemary's Baby Daddy" for later and AGAIN.......absolute perfection!! THANK YOU, Wes for working with me and making my conference lunch a success! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE open a Brown Dog Deli in Greenville, SC! I think it would be a HIT!

We had to walk so much to get here ? and I was super hungry ? but it was worth it this place is the bomb! ? Decorated with games and video games from the 80s, 90s and 2000s ? classic songs in the background and a menu with artists/pop characters, comical and well thought outWe ordered a berry smoothie with lavender syrup, basil and two more things that I don't really remember right now ? but the flavor seemed very fun to me because it tasted like a berry candy/gum ? my boyfriend ordered "Super Smash Bros" Burger ?, a classic burger with a thick ? pattie hehe and rich house sauce ? and mine, on the other hand, a Wes' French Onion Grilled Cheese, even with meat and cheese as well, the flavor profile was TOTALLY different because of course the small details can make big differences, a delight in short ?? and the ? were ???oh! And they added a broth ots of my dish and I love broths so it was all Good prices, great variety, a very entertaining interior and flavors to the point, definitely super creative and very cool ?️? Worth coming back to try other smoothies and sammies ?

Focaccia bread was seasoned well. The meat was all good and a decent portion. Decent portion of burrata cheese, too. It’s VERY messy. It’d probably be just as good without the aioli and help with how messy it is. Delicious nonetheless, though.Fried green tomato BLT - tomato and bacon were both crispy, pomento cheese was good. Pepper jelly is a nice addition.

A little hole in the wall on the corner of Calhoun. Some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had or ever will have. Fun names with high quality ingredients that aren’t found anywhere else. They offer canned drinks of health conscious people, awesome retro nerdy atmosphere, and beyond incredible sandwiches! 100% recommend going here on the daily if you can!

Love the Brown Dog Deli. Food is top notch, staff is great, Natural Light beer in stock. I will say I miss the old spot. They did a great job with the new site but the old site had a lot of history. Every time we come to Charleston we go to the Brown Dog Deli and will continue to do so.

We went here for lunch as a party of 8, on Second Sunday (IYKYK). The staff were super friendly even though they were packed and they accommodated several menu modifications without complaint. The food was fresh and delicious...and the '80s Memorabilia was a fantastic trip down memory lane!

What an absolutely fun find in Charleston! The service was fantastic and there were a great selection of vegan options to choose from. Make sure to try their fries! As a Gen X it was such a delight to look at all the fun 1980s and 1990s collections.
