Was a good experience going into this location. We got to sample some of the cookies and they were pretty good. Don’t expect a lot of these cookies to have frosting. They are not big in size and they come in bags of multiples as you cannot just buy one. If you like cookies and have a sweet tooth, I would say you should try these. The employees were nice. Would probably go back and recommend.

When we read about the Byrd family history, we knew we wanted to go here. Lots of yummy samples & friendly staff. Also, one of the best things to take home to family & friends.

This Byrd’s famous cookie store is on South Market St. in Charleston. The entire staff was so friendly. They let us sample as many as we wanted. They also gave suggestions on different flavors to combine into one delicious double cookie. Definitively worth dropping in for a treat.

They only offer one kind of gluten free cookies so I bought a bag of those for my husband. They offer free samples of all of their cookies.

YUM! It wasn’t what I expected walking in, but I was pleasantly surprised. The cookies are about the size of a half dollar and tend to be more crunchy than chewy. All the flavors are delicious!

At first I was surprised that the sample cookies were the actual cookies for sale. They are little bite sized crispy cookies, but dang, are they good! I love thin crispy chocolate chip cookies where you can really taste the chocolate chips and these were perfect. Got a little box to eat back at my airbnb and then went back and got a tin full of cookies to take home. If they ship to Massachusetts, I'm in trouble, as these things are addicting!

What a great shop! We visited two Byrd Cookie shops in downtown Savannah this weekend. Super friendly staff and the cookies were AMAZING! The key lime coolers and the salted Carmel are so yummy!! Highly recommend!

Young man working the morning shift was friendly and pleased to share the cookie tastings. I could not pick one, so I got a small box $6.49 and brought home every flavor they had. All very good. Cute shop. Great idea to bring back to others as a gift. 12/21/21
