Excellent tasting menu ! This place was very, very well done. Every bite of every course was amazing. The service and presentation are almost, but not quite, up to the Michelin standards of the food. I look forward to my next visit.

My husband and I had our wedding here this past October and it was so beautiful! We had a rainy day and we were prepared to have our ceremony inside, but the team at Cannon Green had the courtyard set up for us in case the weather improved. The rain stopped literally minutes before our ceremony started and we were able to have our ceremony outside thanks to the team's thoughtful preparations. Everything went very smoothly and the food was delicious! The venue feels very private but is close to everything downtown. It was the perfect choice for our wedding of 50 guests.

Booked the restaurant weeks in advance. The day before the reservation, our party unexpectedly increased by one person. I called and spoke to the manager who said they could not accommodate us at any other time that night but would not charge us. WC then charged us $50 per person for a cancellation despite saying they wouldn't. They subsequently have not returned several calls to discuss. A former employee told me that WC has significant front of the house issues which is why they and many other employees have quit. Chez Nous, Southbound, and Husk are much better options.

Besides its beauty, we knew we wanted a venue with good food. I’m sure on your hunt for a venue you’re finding a few reviews here and there about food being good at other venues but LET. ME. TELL. YOU. Cannon Green tops it all!! I can’t tell you how many times our guests commented on it being the best wedding food they’ve ever had! The chef's tasting menu is prepared by a James Beard 2021 semi-finalist, Executive Chef Orlando Pagán. Each taste is aesthetically presented and delicious. You might worry that the tastings are small, but you will be delightfully satisfied. It is a fixed menu and has an upscale price to it, but you get what you pay for. Kenny H, our server, was professional and informative. It was a memorable evening.

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our meal at Wild Common. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was friendly, attentive, and unpretentious. The atmosphere was unfussy and modern. The tasting menu was the perfect combination of interesting, small bites served reasonably close together, and larger courses more spaced out. The wine pairings were also interesting and well suited to the dishes. I paid the same price for a tasting menu at another Charleston restaurant the next day, and it was not even in the same ballpark as Wild Common!! This should be the most sought-after table in town.

I truly can't recommend Cannon Green enough to anyone looking to host an event. Wedding, reception, gala, etc. The space itself is stunning and doesn't require an insane amount of additional decor, and the courtyard... I would say the courtyard is my favorite part, but then I'd be missing the staff and THE FOOD. We knew the food was amazing but we received countless compliments on the quality of the food provided to our guest and the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Hope to have another reason to host a party soon ;)

I recently booked the chef's four-course tasting menu for a party of eleven. Everything about the experience was perfect. The restaurant is beautifully designed, and the private dining space was perfect for our group. Managers, Ben and Alexis, lead a knowledgeable team of food and beverage professionals. Our lead server, Kenny, was charismatic and attentive. The tasting menu and wine pairings were perfectly portioned and well paced. I absolutely recommend Wild Common and can't wait to go back.

Savored every bite! Each dish on the tasting menu was unique and delicious. The tasting menu consisted of 7 courses with an additional 2 courses that were optional for an additional cost. From the steamboat creek oyster to the “fig newton” every dish was loaded with amazing flavors. It’s clear the chefs and staff take pride in their work and the restaurant. Wild Common should be number one on everyone’s list of places to eat in Charleston.
