Very pleased with the professionalism and customer service. They custom made 12 pounds of chicken breast for us (not on the menu) we had to have it very specific. They were very easy to work with, and the chicken was AMAZING. The price was very reasonable. I would suggest Caroline’s Market and Catering to anyone and everyone. Caroline's is a great! She is clearly a foodie with a heart for making your event a success. She catered both an Open House for pre-wedding festivities, and a post-wedding brunch for me. Caroline created the right "food experience" for these events and all of her creations are delicious! She took care of every detail and I will definitely be calling on her again! Be sure to try the shaved ham and biscuits (and the fried oysters). The shrimp over grit cakes were perfect for brunch too.
