I really wanted to give CCH a 5 star, but I just can’t. The main reason is our dinners were basically room temperature. They tasted great, but they were lukewarm at best. Also, the service was really slow. It was a busy Saturday evening so that’s to be expected. But room temp food is not. Also, when we were seated we were taken outdoors without being asked if we wanted to sit outside. Fortunately it was a beautiful evening, so it wasn’t a big deal (other than it was windy which kept blowing away our napkins). I’d try CCH again, but never on a weekend.Parking: Had to park across the street at a business that was closed for the day.

Beautiful location. Nice menu. We went early in the afternoon. Our rice was cold, lima beans dried out. Fish luck warm. You can't tell me they didn't microwave left overs from the night before. We sent it back and left. We did want to try their menu. It looked good.If they decide to serve fresh and freshly prepared dishes, I'd try them again. If you go, ask for FRESH food freshly prepared.

Service was really good and waitresses were nice.Food, not so much. Oysters weren’t good. Fries and calamari were both cold. Calamari was rubbery and tasted like it came from frozen box. The Food was way too expensive to not be fresh. Will not be coming back.
Visited by my husband and I...Was seated very timely...seating options were great! Server was pleasant. Appetizers: hush puppies were extremely greasy (could taste the oil as we swallowed) ; however, the crab claws were excellent. The Entrees ordered were edible but nothing extraordinary (i.e. seafood rice had very little flavor, very little seafood...nothing close to Hannibal's in downtown Charleston, the grouper had NO flavor... red rice was bland). We expected so much more. Had been here before on a few occasions prior but it will be a long time before returning!! We were very disappointed!!!!!

My family really enjoyed Wappoo location! Came to celebrate my wife’s birthday and Easter. They were very accommodating in taking my group of 12. Very friendly staff and scenic location. Food, atmosphere and service was excellent! Great place for family and friends to gather.

Absolutely love this place!! This is one of our favorite spots! It is a little expensive depending on what you order but it's seafood so it's to be expected. The food is always amazing! We love it! My favorite is the crab house crabpot. The service is always great! The atmosphere is family, nice, and on the water.Parking: Parking is hard to find sometimes because it gets busy.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly environment and kid menusWheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair parking and accessibility into the building, but there are stairs to go down to eat unless you eat at the bar area, and going into the restroom is narrow. However, they have handicap stalls.
