Great sandwich; however, a large cheesesteak, fries, and a drink is 24 bucks!! How did we get here?! I am 48 years old, and my first job was working at McDonalds at 14 years old. Hamburgers were 29 cents and cheeseburgers were 39 cents.

Today is cheat day! Trust me, it's hard to be a healthy and clean eating girl in Charleston. We have such incredible food! Finished my work out and stopped by Charley Philly Steaks for some comfort food and it hit the mark! I ordered the every day special. This is a chicken cheese steak with fries for $7.49. The cheese steak had grilled chicken, cheese, green peppers, onion, banana peppers, lettuce and mayo grilled together on a delicious toasted roll. It was a nice sized sandwich and when you take that first heavenly bite...juicy, cheesy goodness!!! The fries are cooked in peanut oil and are crispy, but not greasy. Put some malted vinegar with a dash of salt and they are the perfect compliment. This location is in the Citadel Mall food court. It is always very busy. It is the favorite as I look around to the other restaurants. The service is efficient and I received my order quickly. The staff is not super friendly. I think it's because they are super busy. That wasn't important to me because they were focused and got my order right and served hot, delicious food. I will be back again. They have the traditional Philly cheese steak sandwiches, parmasean peppercorn cheese steak, Bacon and cheese cheese steak, bufalo cheese steak, kids meals and a variety of soft drinks and flavored juices. You are certain to find something that tickles your tastebuds!

Roaches! This used to be one of my favorite places to eat until today. As I waited for my food I watched a roach come out of where the bread was and a fairly large one came out of where they assemble the food. I told the work and she gave a refund but didn't care at all about the obvious bug problem.

Got a vegi with cheese add combo. Total Over $21.00. You can not be serious. Last time I will ever go there ever. I could have eaten anywhere in N. Charleston full meal , but no.. the sandwich fell apart when tried to pick up and the taste was very bland not like the previous sandwich. The bread no taste and cheese no taste. This sub is a waste of money and sad to eat. $21.00 ??? you got to be kidding. I will say a prayer for Charley.

Sandwiches were awesome. The soda was colored water. However it was the gourmet fries that really dropped the ball. The cheese tasted like soap and it was some kind of canned cheese. Really expensive with unknown open ticket charges and incorrect pricing on the menu. Way too expensive for a mall food court. Stick with the sandwich and you will be happy.

The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was great the fries were ok but they weren’t the original steak fries that they Normally have the ones that we love. Customer service was so so and they were giving away free food to who seemed to be a family member but I guess that’s how the do things there, the reason why I’m pointing that out is because they made him a priority over paying customers.

The food was very hot. The portions were big. I had the Philly Cheesesteak and fries. $15 total.
Not only are their Philly cheesesteaks delicious their quick and clear with you order and they always get it right.

Ehh, the provolone Philly cheese steak was ok, the fries, not so much. Next visit, had the old school, definitely not a fan of wiz. No unsweetened tea available. No Cooper sharp American available. No provolone available for old school. Two trips n done. Steak a bit dried out, tasted the grill, fries, tasted the dirty oil. Ehh, no thanks. I'll take my 20-22 bucks elsewhere. Should have a tip line on receipts for staff. Would have definitely left tips for the effort. They're trying.

Mr. Jeff does a great Job- he is super good supervisor, knows Kitchen, cashier and he knows all in all - very quick, smart and he knows how the app works too - Amazing - good people -two of people who are nice also very nice they make also Veggie spicy good food- love that place- i had gone many times this is long time receipt was with me ...otherwise i would be able to send for recent months
