We tried to order online and the app wasn't working. They told us to pull around to the other window and they'd assist. We waited for 7 minutes with no other customers there and no one ever came to assist.

This location is under staffed and under managed. I placed a mobile order around 6:30, entered the mobile line, and waited for close to 10mins next to a wide open and unattended drive thru window. The one person manning the drive thru didn’t give any verbal acknowledgement. The only communication that occurred as I waited was a single ‘just a moment’ finger while they talked with other customers. There’s no point in having AI or online ordering if you can’t handle basic operations. I left to eat elsewhere.

I, usually enjoy coming to this location but after Awhile Ive noticed some things, they don't wear gloves while packing your bag, while placing my fries in the Bag, the Heavy set male (I, think he was A manager) put his hands over my fries. Another time he even tried to Argue with me over A free item I, received, for doing A Survey. I received A free burger, he argued it was Fish. (I hate the fish) They don't wear hair nets, and some of the guys have long beards. Most of the staff are nice. Especially the young ladies in the Morning. I won't be going Back here.

Had an amazing experience. Came at 3 am everything was hot and fresh. Cashier attitude was excellent given the time of morning it was. Every time I come here they are always polite and attentive. Keep up the good work!

Had the order delivered to me. And to preface it correctly, it was 130 in the morning and I also realize it's fast food. But part of my order was missing. And the part I actually got was wayyyy over cooked, inedible. Out of 4 cheese sticks I got 2 and couldn't hardly chew them. But the loaded fries were excellent and hot. As bad as the cheese sticks were, I'd still order from them again.
