A BIG THANK YOU to the James Island CFA! I placed a catering order online for 27 box lunches and bottled water for a group of students to have on their bus trip back to the Upstate after a conference in Charleston. My receipt says the cashier was "Shania," but I'm not sure if that was who our delivery driver was (so sorry I didn't get the name of the nice lady who delivered....hopefully it's the same person). The order was 100% accurate, ON TIME, DELICIOUS and delivered with courteousness and a smile!! I live in Greenville, SC and LOVE my CFA up here. This one down in Charleston did not disappoint!! THANK YOU CFA--James Island!!

On March 4th 2024 I went to Chik Fil A at 6am in the morning right when they opened to eat before work. I was sitting in line waiting and noticed a woman working the car line by herself. Even with how busy it was, she had a fantastic attitude and was super friendly. Food was fantastic and coffee was great. I wish I got her name because she handled the busy early morning like a champ.
Wish I had read some other reviews, but ordered online and then stood inside for 20 minutes waiting on my food. Could’ve gone to a Waffle House at that speed ?
