We had this chipotle and it wasn’t a success. They didn’t have any chips, lettuce, or cheese. We were all very disappointed with our results. The burrito was just spoiled and the salad was disgusting ?. I’m sure not going back there again. Also we saw food and trash everywhere. Blah.

Worst Chipotle in the CountryThis, unfortunately, is not an exaggeration. Expect many ingredients to be out, the staff to be inattentive, and for your mobile order to be horribly delayed and inaccurate 90% of the time. The inside is dirty and the staff seem to not care. There is little to no parking on King Street outside. Expect to be towed if you use the lot next to it.Stay far away! This is not a last minute option for affordable food. This will make you regret ever going to Chipotle. Chipotle corporate seriously needs to look into this location.Parking: Don’t park in the lot next door. You will be towed. Pay the meter (if you can find a spot.) Do not park in the bus loading zone or risk a ticket.

This location must have been under staffed. Everything about it was dirty, line clear to the door and one staff working front counter and 3 working on online orders. Trash all over the eating areas and out of most options for bowls. It was not what I’d expect from a chipotle

Worst chipotle I’ve never been to! I love Chipotle and don’t ever kind the wait, but this wait is out of control! The staff is rude, just stands there and stares at you and doesn’t respond when you ask to order. I understand if there is wait to cook xyz, but at least explain that. After my order, I stood at the counter to wait for some Tabasco, and stood there for over 10 minutes unacknowledged next to a guy that had been there for long ribbon me also unacknowledged. Definitely changed my whole opinion of chipotle. Will never come to this (closest to my house) chipotle ever again.

Never open and when they are the staff is rude and the food doesn’t even taste like chipotle. They'll make you sit there while they make endless online orders and if you ask to be served they get very standoffish and incredible disrespectful. Y'all should do the community a favor, close down and let something that is not a total waste of space open up there.

All Charleston locals know the travesty that is known as the Chipotle on King Street. But Chipotle on King is far worse than anything else I have ever encountered. It is usually, if not always, out of vital items. How can you be out of rice & avocados & beans?In four years, I haven’t had one good experience at Chipotle on King Street, from incorrect orders to terrible-tasting food. I would rather eat dog food than suffer through a burrito bowl at this location.I truly and genuinely believe DHEC, and/or upper management, needs to close this location (and honestly, the West Ashley location, as well) for further training & quality control.

The portions are about a third of the normal size. The burrito was about the size of my palm. They also left our meat on a bowl and the didn’t give us our drink. They didn’t want to correct any of the order.
