They sent me a burrito that is completely crushed, it looks like somebody took their 2 feet and stepped on it. It is totally an edible, it cost me $50 to have delivered plus the delivery fee, etc. And they only offered me $12 in return. Absolutely criminal. Never again will I support this business.

Disgusting! Food products all over the tables, floors, serving areas. Mess around the napkins, forks, etc. I ordered just one tiny spoonful of rice, beans, tomatoes..charged the same price. Was ok . Never again. Don't bother. Frank G Owner just asked me to contact him...what for? All he has to do is read all the reviews of which 90% are basically like mine. Please!!!

Vibes are dogwater here. You could walk to the nearest grocery store, buy ingredients, walk home, make your own burrito and eat it faster than this place can make your food.

From the perspective of someone in the service industry, this place needs some serious management expertise. As soon as we got out of the car there was a man sitting outside the restaurant, saying things that made my friend and I uncomfortable. ( This is likely out of the workers control). However, it added to our poor experience. We walked in, the place looked like it had been ransacked. You couldn’t pay me to sit in this restaurant, it was absolutely disgusting. There were food and napkins covering the floor, not a single stool/chair pushed in properly, the ice from the soda machine was quite literally was covering the entire floor. We got on line to order and I don’t frequent this chain and I was asking about options and the lady was not happy about that. They were out of guacamole, lettuce, and white rice. While she was making my burrito I watched her grab something out of the meat and toss it to the side. I choose to ignore, bc I was hungry and figured it was probably nothing. When we had asked about the rice we heard another employee quite literally yell at her coworker about the rice. Again, this wasn’t a big deal but made us uncomfortable that they were yelling at eachother while we are standing there. We go to check out and I think the girl rolled her eyes at us about 15 times in 30 seconds because she couldn’t figure out how to scan my gift card. She then called another coworker to help us and she was nothing but rude. The department of public health needs to pay a visit to this place, because it was filthier than a public bathroom. We then went over to fill our sodas and nothing was stocked, and again absolutely disgusting. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place and staff needs a lesson on being more polite. (Keep in mind, I don’t think I’ve EVER written a google review)

?⚠️‼️?Our family has always been loyal fans of Chipotle, having visited numerous locations across the country. However, this particular outlet fails to live up to the standards we've come to expect from the chain. We've visited this location four times, and each visit has left us feeling disappointed. Firstly, the restaurant's cleanliness is severely lacking, especially in the serving area. During one visit, we witnessed an employee placing new plastic containers on a counter smeared with sour cream, without bothering to clean it first. The overall hygiene was questionable, with food droppings scattered around and the stove and prep area in a disarray. Despite our hunger, ordering was a letdown. We were informed that the kids' quesadilla option was no longer available, and only tacos were offered. Opting for burritos instead, we were met with undercooked beef and no options to add grilled veggies. To make matters worse, the burrito size was disappointingly small. The staff's demeanor was far from friendly, adding to the overall negative experience. In summary, our visits to this Chipotle outlet have consistently been disappointing, and we won't be returning anytime soon.

This is one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. All you need to do is walk in and look at the overfilled trash cans, food all over the tables, food all over the burrito assembly line. Do yourself a favor and walk right out the door. Terribly rude staff as well. Chipotle corporate needs to shut this place down and start fresh.

I can't say that I like the new size and format with countertop seating and limited tables. Came here with the kids and the place was a mess (before the kids got their meals). Food all over tables and floor. They obviously don't pay attention to the dining area. Service was okay but not friendly. Food was good and as expected but over the top fresh. Not sure I would come back to one like this.

Not only the worst Chipotle experience- the worst overall restaurant experience I've ever had. Understaffed and inefficient. Ordered at 7:26 pm and had to leave without my food an hour later. It was very frustrating to see people who ordered inside through the restaurant line get food made fresh as people who ordered through the app/online waited and waited. Only 1 staff member was preparing to-go orders, and she was stacking them all at the end of the counter and waiting for the 1 cashier checking out all other customers to bag them and call out the names. I thought maybe it was slammed because of free delivery day, but the restaurant has several recent 1 star reviews for similar issues, so it was not an off day for this Chipotle. I was not prepared to take over an hour out of my night (adding in driving time to and from Chipotle + waiting 30 minutes past my pickup time) and still leave hungry. The restaurant was full of people waiting for to-go orders- see picture- no one in it is eating....
