I have been a loyal at Charleston Hwy 61 location for years. The only reason i s that it comes directly out of the fryers. How do I know that. I have to wait every time 20 to 30 mins. I order and am toldD to drive to the front and wait. The lady next to me was on the phone and when she got off I asked her what she ordered. “ a three piece dinner”. After 20 mins. I asked to use the men’s room . Some guy said no. I inferred I will pee on the door.. They let me in. Ten minutes later a polite gentleman delivered my very hot chicken. Ah! I forgot to mention when I drove around to the drive thru , there 5, I repeat, 5 workers sitting out in back area doing nothing. Just venting as a past business owner, someone reading this might care.

Straight up - best chicken ever! From MN, MO, Jamaica and here for 5 years. Young man that served me - nice guy and prompt. Sometimes you have to wait due to short staffing but MAN juiciest (greasiest?) Mi nuh know but I am ready for a nap. Yum!They need a sign on the front door saying, "Drive thru only." Still 5 stars.
