Horrible wait and then they only had 1 option. Will not be choosing this again.

We were a large walk in party who they happily accommodated. And having two in the party with a dairy allergy, we're happy enough to answer ALL the questions asked about food preparation and ingredients. There was not a dish ordered that wasn't devoured!Vegetarian options: Edemame gyoza were great and most dishes cone meat free!Dietary restrictions: Dairy/lactose

The owner and management team of this company should be ashamed. My son worked there for 3 weeks (with several excuses why he wasn’t being paid but promised it would be fixed), all while attending college and never received a penny for his hourly wage or tip outs. Then received a group text with less than a days notice that the restaurant was closing for renovations and everyone needed to find new jobs. How do you have money for renovations but can’t pay your employees? My hope in this review is they will compensate their loyal employees and we won’t have to report to the states labor department and BBB. Please do the right thing!

The rice is stale and flavorless and the food is very salty, not flavorful. Raw onions in the curry were not enjoyable either, bad chicken as well. Bahn mi was edible but so salty, the curry was somewhat inedible.

Good overall. Great service, great food, however, the restaurant smelled moldy and the bathroom was not very clean, and, somewhat pricey.

I went to this establishment for a quick lunch during my work day. After reading lovely reviews about the Pho I wanted to try it. First this place smells like old mop water and sewage as soon as you walk in and encounter the bar. But I stayed. I ordered the beef pho bowl and got a dirty plate with wilted vegetables and it wasn't steaming hot. I was done. This is one of the grossest restaurants I've been to.

Heres the thing, Taste is great however they are serving precooked food i.e. noodles, rice paper. So it’s stale and noodles are broken up or hard. It’s not fresh. Stop doing this and your restaurant will succeed. Won’t be back.

Service was awful. Seated at table without silverware, napkins food sat in front of us for almost 30 minutes with nothing utensils to eat with. Asked numerous servers and was told it hadn't come out of the dish room yet. Portion appetizer extremely small. Food bland servers response to us throughout entire meal, (thank you for your patience)!!! Do not recommend this place Ps I called restaurant to speak to a manager left message no response back.

This is my 2nd time in here but 1st time eating. I came in another time at 4 and sat at the bar. The bartender told me they were not serving food for an hour because only one cook showed up and they needed time to get caught up. Yikes that's rough and I decided to come back another time. I've been told great things about this place so I've been anticipating on coming here for weeks. Gotta say I'm not impressed. I came back here on a Friday late afternoon and bar had open seating so I was hopeful they served food this time and I mainly came for restaurant week. Bartender had a group at the bar she was tending too so I got a water while waiting for her. She apologized it was taking longer to get back to me because it was about 10 mins. I would say smiling goes a looooong way. I'm not saying she was mean or rude, but not a friendly hospitality warm greet as I expected. I'm noticing that happening often as I've visited places here in downtown Charleston. I manage a restaurant in a hotel, being warm and hospitable is number 1. Anyways so I ordered the 3 course for $25. Spicy crab Rangoon, curry laksa broth and pad Thai. I know this place obviously has an American flare or influence on the food but that's expected in Charleston. Rangoons were good, a touch of spice. Laksa broth was probably the best thing I had here. Flavorful, good savory notes and the strong curry taste which I really enjoyed. Pad Thai, noodles over cooked and saturated in sauce. Then I noticed no beans sprouts (my fave texture in pad Thai) then no chicken and I'm pretty sure Napa cabbage? Not mad about the cabbage but definitely doesn't come in pad Thai. I know tamarind is a component in pad Thai, but that's all I tasted. Not a good balance of what I'm used to with pad Thai. Sweet, savory and tangy so eh. I'm sure they have some other really good dishes but after the hype I'm a bit disappointed. Glad I only paid $31 for all of this. I think I'll go back to Ha long bay for viet food down here. They are consistently good and friendly.

I was looking forward to dining here however I came away very disappointed. To say the least. Very inattentive, did not get silverware with my meal. The explanation was "we are out of forks" 7:00 in the evening and not crowded. I ended up eating with a spoon. O napkins but cocktail napkins either. I ordered the green curry with tofu and it was spiced just right, however the peppers were almost too large to eat. Poor prep. Just poor all around.

Their food is not consistent. May be they change their chef. Server kind of rude or somehow in bad mood, never come back.

We have been going to Co since 2018 and have probably been 15 or so times - dine-in, take-out, and delivery. Due to various factors that had nothing to do with Co, this was actually our first time ordering there in maybe the last year or so. Two major issues:1) Of the 15 or so times I've had Co, I've ordered the Pad Thai every single time. Unfortunately, they must have changed their recipe since I last ordered, and it's NOT GOOD. Both my wife and I ordered it, and while I did finish mine, she couldn't make it past a few bites and threw the rest out.Their Pad Thai has always been variable - no two times were ever the same (usually it was the amount of sauce that changed) but it was always somewhere between good or great. Not this time - the sauce seemed totally different than before. Totally not worth spending $19.50 per order on subpar Pad Thai.2) We did a pickup order and they're now charging an 8% "togo fee" - why?? I understand costs have gone up, but please don't make me feel like you're nickel and diming me by adding these fees to an order that I'm picking up. What extra cost does Co encounter for pickup orders? The cost of the plastic bag and cardboard box the food goes into? I'm sure you give those to dine-in customers for their leftovers. If you can't stay profitable with your current prices, then raise the per item price, don't tack on backend fees.In total we spent $46.79 for two orders of Pad Thai that we picked up - that's it. One that was barely eaten before being thrown out (my wife's). Left me very frustrated.
