Disappointed with my macchiato. It was nothing more than an espresso with foam on top. The espresso was fine but clearly not a macchiato.

The Daily Grind inside the Charleston Marriott is a great place to get some coffee and a quick breakfast. They have a simple menu that is straight to the point and fresh baked goods that are really tasty and delicious. The service here is very fast and friendly if you are on the go and need something fast. I have had a really positive experience every time that I have been here and look forward to coming back many times in the future for more.

Staff need training on telling customers about menus, example we were never told there was a buffet breakfast and there was no mention on the menu of it, however, that said the service was very good, good menu and nice food so a good start to the day. Personally, it's the little things that make a good place great and it was the little thing that made me give it four instead of five stars
