Driver just flew through a stop sign at grand concourse and ravenswood doing 35-40mph looking at his phone. I was about to cross street while walking my dogs. Held them back when I noticed he was flying.

Horribly made pizza… all the sauce is on half the pie, so the other half is completely dry. Top is burnt but the bottom undercooked. Not to mention it looks like it was cut by a 5 year old. By far the worst pizza I’ve ever had delivered from anywhere.

You can tell them different between a pizza that you spend money on and pizza that is free my free pizza was awful very lil cheese pizza was very dry and the pizza taste awful I want be ordering from this Domino's again if I got 70 points for a free pizza it should look like I spend money on it

This is the worst donino’s. I ordered a pizza aeound two in afternoon. It arrived an hour after i ordered and more than 20 minutes after the driver had marked it delivered in the app online. When i called, the manager, Diane, told me the app doesnt work that way… that doninos doesnt have anything to do with the app… the. She hung up onnme twice. Once after i asked for a refund (this is before the pizza had arrived).. The driver dropped the food regardless even when i rejected because diane had told him to. This is after id spoken, in a third call, to the general manager… who explained that driver had marked it delivered early. So, the app works the way i expected. It was a driver error. Diane lied. Hanging up on customers and lying to them. Great way to do business. Btw, the general manager agreed to refund but no reflection on account. I can only surmise, another lie.

Discovered a beetle cooked into my pizza, called 2 times to make sure my money was refunded and they confirmed it would be in my account in a few days, but a month later and still haven’t received a refund. Disgusting and disappointing.

Last time I ordered I asked for a Philly cheese steak no onions or peppers (that part was fine) and extra Philly meet. Well the sandwich I got was mostly cheese,mushrooms, a tiny bit of meat and bread On top of that it was cut in half long ways. I know yall can do better.

Who cuts sandwiches like this? This is the third time this happened. I called and they confirmed they cut down the middle on a 45 degree angle. Which would be great. Otherwise… food is normal dominos

absolutely rude staffwe ordered curbside pick up and the guy who brought our order out just grumbled irritated at us when we said "thanks" and "have a blessed day"and the gave us the wrong order to boot!we brought the food back up and when we got there to bring it back and get our order, we ran into the lady whose order it wasthey had apparently pretended they had no idea what she was talking about and made excuses and essentially tried to gaslight her, and made her go into the store with her daughter instead of staying in the pickup area
