Idk who was working the drive thru taking orders today Sunday 4/7 at 10:17 but I actually have never had someone speak so rudely. literally the second I started speaking. won’t be back to this dunkin and wouldn’t recommend this place.

Man in drive thru is the only person who has any care for customer service. The women that work there are rude and completely ignore you. The won't even face you or speak to you directly if there is a problem with your order.

I love this Dunkin! I work right down the road and I can put my order in when inevitably hit the light at the connector and folly and it’s ready by the time I pull in. The staff is always kind, my order is always correct, and always quickly made.

Last Sunday ( a cold, rainy day )we took 2 of our grandchildren here for a quick brunch/treat of Duncan's wonderful breakfast sandwiches and donuts. The doors were locked and only the drive-through was open. We were disappointed. Also it was difficult to communicate with whoever was working there through the intercom, so we just ordered something to eat and not drinks. I needed help with the rewards app before I paid but because I had already ordered she wouldn't help and there was no way to add the rewards after we ordered. Not a pleasant experience.Parking: Tiny, tight and the drive-through interferes with the parking, when it is open inside.

Consistently terrible service here. 4+ years of regretfully coming here since there are no other Dunkins nearby. The employees they hire should not be dealing with the public as they seem to have insufficient training and embarrassingly poor communication skills.

I am an ex Dunkin employee, and I will look over just about anything, but this establishment was filthy, the staff had a note about being understaffed which wasn't the issue it was the femals that were working and not just one time on two seperate
