Even though it is usually packed (as any college place is), I love love love this place. The bagels are good and warm, and the sweet tea is always nice. There have been times on occasion where the tea was unsweet and nobody really cared, but I don’t except amazing customer service with a college place like this. All I expect are good bagels in a okayish timely fashion, and they do just that.

Why is it not open during posted times. If it closes during the summer then have that on google. It doesn’t make any sense that I drive 30 mins to go to one of my favorite places to eat and it’s closed but according to google it’s open! Please update and get it right.

I usually love Einstein Bagels, which is why I am so disappointed. My bagel was not a disappointment, but the coffee tasted burnt, and the cashier was curt and seemed like I was bothering her by merely ordering. Plus, there were no restrooms! The bagel was the only star this establishment deserved. Save your money, and take the two minute walk to Kudu. Great coffee, atmosphere, and grub.

never gotten food from somewhere so bad. the workers won’t make anything besides premade bacon/sausage egg and cheeses because they dont want to do their job. they’re extremely rude and treat people horribly. all i wanted was a burrito and they told me if it wasn’t a sandwhich to get out of line. this place blows
Place was nice just as I remembered, it was quite busy and did feel a bit rushed. But was happy with service and food :)

The only reason I gave 1star is because I had to to write a review. We walked 9 blocks to find out they where not open. GPS showed hours 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Door had hours the same. We arrived at 8:23 am DO NOT WASTE THE WALk!!!!

Both google and the store hours posted on the door said they opened at 7am. When I walked in at 9:45am (after a pretty long walk cause I was craving a lox bagel real bad) the door was unlocked but I was told by the employees behind the counter that they were closed. I know things happen and hours have to change sometimes, just wish they'd updated it on Google or at least locked the door or put a sign up :(
