Best customer service I received from a restaurant in a long time. Food could have been better, but the atmosphere and customer service was on point.Dietary restrictions: I informed them about my allergy to a specific item and they voluntarily changed gloves to make my sub.

We are regular customers and our past few orders been quite a surprise. Why the meals served cold in here? If we want cold meals, I sure can get it from a grocery store. You may change your name from fire house subs to freezer house subs.

Food is easily a 0. I’ve been to this location about 4-5 times. First 3 I would give a 4/5 but these last 2 trips were horrendous. As of yesterday I do not know when I will be back to this location. Went to grab the 2 for $16 deal and half way thru my bag of chips I notice they were tasting funny. It was expired as of FEB 2023!! 14 months old and still giving customers this. I’ve been a fireman for 7years been to numerous firehouse subs and this by far is the worst experience I’ve ever had! I did call customer service as well because I can not leave the toilet this morning!

Really, really good! It’s just a bit pricey-$45.00 for 3 of us. But quality food. And the person taking orders was very nice.Dietary restrictions: They do offer gluten-free bread, but state that they cannot guarantee a gluten-free experience, which is understandable.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to accommodate wheelchairs or scooters.

The last few times I’ve gone here the service was not good, they play around and a lot of miscommunication, one kid had a brown bag on his head that he put someone’s meal in, they’re not properly trained on how to ring up items, I was charged 9.00 for extra meat when the whole sandwich cost $6.59 It took 4 people to figure out how to ring up a side of Cole slaw for a customer. The female behind the counter picked her nose when she was taking my order, constantly playing with her hair and everyone handles the money without switching to new gloves to prepare the food. I will stick with Jersey Mikes next time!

It’s been a while since I’ve had a firehouse sub, but was craving a good sandwich. $21 later for a regular sub, extra meat, extra cheese, two bags of chips. Sandwich felt light, so asked to make sure they did extra meat, they said yes. Took my order home, was more bread than meat still, could barely tell there was cheese on there, was also suppose to be extra. What I got tasted good, however it didn’t seem like extra meat and certainly not extra cheese. $20 later for a sub and still hungry

Went in 5 minutes after online pick up order was supposed to be ready and the employees were just standing around talking, hadn't started my order yet. Forgot to put bacon on my Club on a Sub, which is the best part of the sub.I love Jersey Mike's and always have no trouble with them, I felt adventurous today and went to Firehouse Subs in West Ashley instead, and regretted it.
