It was refreshing to find a taste of home here. We walked right in and were able to give our orders without any wait time. The cashier was well-spoken and courteous. Drink stations and condiments were very accessible and the order was received within about five minutes. The food was very good as usual from any Five Guys.

This Five Guys location is definitely a hit or miss. Sometimes your order is perfect and the customer service is excellent. Others, you get home to realize they just made your burger however they seemed to want to make it, regardless of how you ordered it and there's more salt than fries. Don't bother unless you're eating in to make sure you get what you ordered.

I tried to eat there and was told by the girl that work there that they weren’t taking any more orders because they were backed up… So they turned us away there was eight people and they’re eating their food.. This is no way to run a business. Very disappointed

Always delicious burgers from Five Guys! I enjoyed snacking on peanuts while I waited on my burger. The newspaper clippings and magazine articles on the walls are always interesting to read. The only bummer is that this location does not have milkshakes. I will return in the future when I am in Charleston again!

The prices are a little high, but the food is always awesome, so I gladly pay the premium. The fries are always hot and crispy. The produce on the sandwiches is always fresh. I usually get the bacon cheese burger all the way with jalapenos. I know they also have hot dogs, but I've never had one so I can't comment on how good they are. Food was great. Only because we just rode 14 miles on trails. The service was a joke, the restaurant looked like trash. No clean tables, no condiments availible, all the workers had airpods in their ears. I will never go back to this place again. Hire people who care not people who dont give a damn.
