The food is excellent. We had an chocolate brownie and a cookies and cream cake, and they were fantastic. The coffee left something to be desired. I had an iced coffee and it was only half full. The taste was very mediocre and like it had been sitting there for a while.

We ordered our wedding cake for our elopement from here! I am allergic to gluten and after my fiancé got a gluten free cake for my birthday from here. I wanted to love this place!! It’s in such a cute spot but unfortunately the tables were dirty, there were lots of flies inside, and the woman who took our order was very snippy. :/I also had to ask multiple times for my food (despite it being a pastry that was sitting in the case).

These good reviews are probably fake reviews or the owners are just racist. We went there few minutes before closing and ordered a confetti cake. This slice of cake was probably the worst cake and grossly over priced ($11.95 including 15% tip) cake I’ve ever eaten. The cake was extremely dry and hard as if they served us a week old cake. When I informed the cashier about our concerns she said she will inform the kitchen about it, as if that will change anything! Please stay away from this place and try some place in downtown instead where you. An at least get a fresh slice.

The Affogato was as good as anywhere in Italy, and the desserts are definitely crafted with Love!! The live music on Fridays is such a great addition to the area in the evenings! Perfect local spot :)Kid-friendliness: Very cute sitting porch to enjoy coffee and scones. Great patio as well

Being with someone in a wheelchair surely opens your eyes to certain difficulties in getting from point A to point B. The people working at Gala were so very helpful in 'paving' the way to a wonderful experience. Not only were they helpful and accommodating, the desserts were impeccable. This is coming from someone who has been in the baking industry off and on for 49 years. Everything is not only beautiful it tastes great. It's always nice to also have genuinely smiling faces. Thanks for a wonderful end of the day experience!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is in the back off the outdoor patio.

I cannot believe how bad this place was and I'm shocked that the reviews are so good. Me and my partner BOTH ended up with dead fruit flies in our drinks (ew), and we were given fruit that was clearly unwashed and gross (I washed our grapes in our water cup). After requesting our drinks be remade, I was given whole milk instead of the oat I ordered and ended up with a very uncomfortable bathroom experience. Not to mention the uncomfortable stares from other staff and patrons, presumably based on race. Will never come back. Our server was fine I guess.

Adorable bakery to hit after dinner for dessert. Full bar and coffee. Perfect for date night. Currently eating a delicious apple tart. Confetti cake was less than perfect, but an overall good experience.
