We went on a Sunday for the Gospel brunch and we were blown away by the hospitality and the welcome that we got from each and every staff member we came into contact with. We really felt like we were VIPs. I recommend the quiche and the salmon salad. Thanks to Matt our server as well! Hope to be back soon.

The service was fantastic from walking in the door and being greeted by the hostess, as well as Billy Hall shortly after, to our server Stacy. Everyone made you feel like you were special and the food, wine and dessert was all second to none. Thank you!

We hosted an impromptu business dinner for clients and prospects at Halls following an industry awards event nearby. The team at Halls were amazing - we ended up giving them a price per head and asked them to take the reins and pick the menu for us, inclusive of appetizers, wine, entrees and dessert. They blew us (and our clients) away with amazing food and service. Hussein was our lead waiter but I think there were at least a half dozen staff looking after us…They were all fantastic! We enjoyed multiple cuts of steaks, seafood towers, wonderful side dishes and great wine. The live jazz in the bar area was also wonderful while our guests were arriving and mingling downstairs. We’d highly recommend Halls and hope to return next time we are in town!

Always a good experience when in town. I must say, the bartenders are the best bartenders I've ever seen and I've been in some of the finest restaurants this country has to offer. They are efficient and polite. I've been 3 deep and waited on in 30 seconds with a drink in my hand in a min. It's uncanny how good they are. Kudos to the bartenders.

Best Restaurant in Charleston and the United States. Their infrared cooked steaks are un-matched in texture and look. The cuts of beef are imported daily. Customer service is top-notch and the wine selection has been meticulously selected.Go to meal for me is the dry aged NY Strip (cool rare center), brussel sprouts/mushrooms/cream corn (cant go wrong with any of them), Bottle of the Hall Cab. Sav. (Napa Valley).Great setting for a group night out, business dinner or romantic evening for two.Make sure you call about a month ahead to get a reservation time, but the staff will always work their hardest to get you a seat even if it is at the first come, first serve area of the restaurant. Great job with the expansion into Halls 2.10/10!

Our server, Stacy was fantastic. Food was fantastic. Though the sommelier recommended a great glass of wine, he completely forgot to bring me the 1/2 bottle list. Also, if you are looking for a quiet or semi quiet place, this is not it. Very, very loud.

Everything was fantastic about this place except the food itself. I got the most expensive steak on the menu and it was worse than one of the worst ones I've bought at Kroger's. Brussels sprouts were indicated to be superb by the server so we got some and they were not exciting.

We dined here for my daughter’s 21st birthday . She wasn’t having a good night due to unforeseen circumstances. However , our waiter Brandon made sure that my daughter was going to enjoy her evening regardless . First and foremost he came over and introduced himself to me seeing that I was the first to arrive . He was very attentive . He was constantly refilling our drinks , making sure that our table wasn’t in need of anything . He wasn’t annoying he checked on our table each time at the perfect time . He was very kind . Excellent customer service skills he had . He made our night beautiful . It was a very unforgettable experience . The entire wait staff was amazing and what put the icing on the cake ( pun intended ) was when the entire bar staff sang Happy Birthday to my daughter , I cried literally ( it sounded so good ) their A cappella , no words … their voices were filled with pure joy ! Big thank you to the staff at Halls Chophouse on Easter night and an even Greater Thank You to our waiter Brandon . We will be back .
