The best coffee and light cafe style breakfast on James Island without a doubt. The only reviews below 5 stars are people who were expecting gross fast food drip but got excellent pour over instead.Parking: Plenty of parking in the grocery store strip mall lot.Kid-friendliness: The staff was lovely to my kids and I feel 100% comfortable sending my kids in there to order alone.

I have had my fair share of good (and bad) coffee and avocado toast over the years, but I cannot tell you how many light years ahead their coffee and avocado toast is beyond the best of the best! I’m not a foodie so it takes a lot to make me write a review about food but holy moly, this place deserves a shout out. 10 of 10! Delicious!

This coffee place was in a relatively quiet area. Online ordering got me a shorter wait. However, if I'd been there in person, I might have noted that they had Oatly oat milk but only a generic cheap almond milk, as when I got my chai with that almond milk, it wasn't very good. They'd be well advised to spring on something better or not bother. A nutella banana bread delivered expected satisfaction. A lot of locals were bringing their own cups, which is a welcome trend that I'm glad this place supports. But I just wasn't that big a fan of the drink I got. Perhaps a different order would be better.

This place has always had the best chai latte in town, but however they’ve changed their recipe lately has ascended it from the best in town to… well, still the best in town but now there’s no debating it! Outstanding cafe.

It’s been years since I’ve had a latte so good, my eyes rolled back when I took my first sip, I also noticed they’ve hood great baked snacks my twins will love.I will say that I wish the breakfast sandwich was a little bit more filling. So happy this place is walking distance, I’ll be coming WAY more often. Finally a not SB. Let’s keep this place open!

Top notch coffee spot hidden inside a strip mall. The beans and espresso here are high quality. The latte I got was smooth with the perfect touch of sweetness and nuttiness from the milk and beans. The iced coffee was also great for those looking for something cold and refreshing. The pastries were delicious. The blueberry muffins was loaded with berries. Loved the almond brown sugar banana bread. As for the ambience - quiet jazz music greets you when you walk in. The interior is inviting and there is seating inside and outside. It's pretty quiet so you could also work from here as well. Worth a stop!

This one is a bit tricky to stumble upon because it is in the center of a strip mall on Harborview with Harris Teeter amassing much of the space, but once you find it, you will be pleasantly delighted. 1. It is next to a wine bar, so you can have coffee and then enjoy a nice Cabernet. 2. There is indoor and outdoor seating (It is a small space, but that is okay most of the time). 3. Small assortment of pastries. 4. Small compact drink menu, but their baristas know their stuff. 5. It tends to cater to the local community and is the only coffee option (other than Starbucks at Harris Teeter). This is a good additional to this neighborhood.

While my wife and I were cruising back to our Airbnb one afternoon while visiting the Charleston area, we decided to stop by here and grab some coffee. First off, they don't do frappes (BOOO!!!)!!! I had the Cinnamon Vanilla Iced Latte...it was really good, but not mind blowing. My wife had the Mocha Iced Coffee, which she liked (I had a sip, it was pretty good). The service was good, the place was clean, and has a nice ambience.

This place should not sell chai lattes. The ambiance was cute but the chai tasted like rotten milk. I took two sips and threw the rest away.

Really good coffee and teas. Highly recommend. Some variety on the menu. Quick service. Definitely would come here again.

This is definitely the best space to come to study, work or meet with friends. I hate loud coffee shops and thankfully highfalutin is anything but that. The music is quite and there is enough room for everyone to spread out, especially in the mornings when the weather is nice. The prices are average for a coffee shop and I think they have some of the best tasting teas. The staff have always been very kind and I've never had to wait long for a drink.
