The service was good and the servers are super nice. The cheese and pretzels were amazing, and the mango tea was delicious. The chicken sandwich was juicy and flavourful. However, the fries were pretty terrible. They tasted kinda stale. And one of my friends found something hard in her burger and we were unable to tell what it was .

Components of the meals ordered were missing, no utensils were provided, one dish came very late (30min+) with just a few customers there, fish for the fish and chips had a more firm texture as if it was frozen AND old and the cleanliness of the dining floor and bathroom were not good. Not a good experience. Unfortunately, I won't be going back to this location.

Ordered my food online, when I arrived food wasn't ready because they missed a sauce which they could have called and I had changed an order. I ordered again, waited 55 minutes. Wanted to talk to the manager but he refused to come out of the kitchen. It is a pity when the waiters and waitresses have to pay for the incompetence of the manager. Very unprofessional manager. Wasted almost 3 hours on a Friday night and still don't have food. Worst experience ever.
I just moved here already found my hangout spot Karli is the best made me feel like a local love the wings definitely going to keep coming back.

Literally disgusted with my food. I’ve been ordering through DoorDash lately from hooters and it’s usually good. Tonight…. My Caesar salad is full of nothing but rotten lettuce. The shrimp added to it was dried up and brown and rotten. Not cool!
