There was only a few people in there, about 12 or 13 and they took so long to bring our order. We had to order something other than what we wanted, because equipment wasn't working, butter scoops was working, so many excuses. We all had to get water, because something wasn't right. It was bad

Very Very RUDE waitress... waited 45 minutes. Keep in mind every one who came in after us Had Food....No Tea Refill. NO NOTHING. But Straight up RUDEI asked if they could check on our food.... I Rudely got ask " What's your Table.Comes back with the Food...Put Chicken and Waffle down in Front of him....She never put the other 2 plates Down....She then snatched the food away from my kid... and said " I'll just Throw it away.. she went to the back and was Throwing Plates Around.....RUDE Older White Woman... don't know her name... she never told us.. No Name Tag.....Who puts food in front of a Kid and Snatched away ???Never again. My Family will be in Charleston several weeks each month...

One look at them bathroom. Geez mold on potty handle bubbles like hard white liquid. All over doors. Sink potty. No way I was eat there. Even people I was with 8 others. Said look at women's rest room. Hate see the kitchen. You pick up germs. They look.lets go. Said bye place has germs not healthy.

The store was almost empty and our server forgot 1/2 our order. The waffle machine was broken. They were out of a number items. When the items did come out, they were wrong and almost cold. The floors were dirty. And for having just opened, the menus were sticky. The server was blaming management, but did take off the wrong items so we weren't charged for them.

Professionalism is obviously not a stronghold of this Ihop,it's suppose to open @ 6 am,I came from Ravanel to be told they aren't open,..and they won't be open til 7:30...smh,I can only suggest have your hours changed on Google as well on the door..

Don’t even know where to start. floors? sticky. couch’s? Ripped. Didn’t know animals were allowed in. safety and health violation I’d say. food was mid I’ll give you that. the process for closing this location should speed up just a little bit. thanking god I didn’t step foot in the bathroom even tho it definitely was the first place I went when I got home. food was god aweful
