Came here for a quick lunch before leaving Charleston. Nice views of the marina with outdoor seating.

Amazing hidden gem. This little restaurant is delicious and right on the water. The food was fast, fresh and so tasty. The staff were nice. The inside is super cute and they have a little area of assorted goods to shop. Plenty of beer and seltzer to choose from!! Like other posts say you do have to park down the road and walk but it’s not far at all. You also get to watch the marina workers move boats with a forklift which is pretty cool. Great place! Will go again!Parking: You must park down the street off the road if you don’t have a marina parking pass.

I love this place, BUT have to give it 4 stars after a long steak of it being 5 stars after my last takeout experience there. I got home, and after scarfing down almost all my fish and chips, I found clumps of hair and fibers in my fries. While the food was(and is) delicious, having hair and what looked like towel fibers in my food was disgusting.I called in to tell them about it, and they said it was probably their seasoning, and took my number down and said the manager would call me, which never happened.Still a fan of the place and will go back, but definitely will look my food over prior to eating.

Island Cabana Bar & Ship Store is a fantastic spot for a casual lunch and drinks. The views of the river and Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge are stunning, especially from the great outdoor seating on the docks. The option to dock your boat adds a unique touch. Highly recommend for a picturesque and enjoyable experience!Parking: Despite being off the beaten path, Island Cabana Bar & Ship Store provides convenient parking, ensuring that the journey to this hidden gem is hassle-free.

I almost don’t want to leave a review, this is a hidden gem and I’m feeling greedy. Great food and hideaway, I would love to come back when the boats are heading out and coming back in. The bucket of beer deals they have are simply fun and honestly a great way to do business. The pics of shrimp and burger are kids meals, tacos were amazing. Do not park in the boat storage area unless you have a permit! Park on the street and walk over. Cheers and hope you find Island Cabana as special as we did.

Are you kidding me ?!? This is a lost gem of C Town. Please keep it quiet. Food is incredibly fresh and we'll prepared. My wife ( a chef) raved. Parking is a bit different; park next to the road leading to the Marina. You'll see the cars.

Great little bar with awesome outside area with a nice view of the bridge & river/harbor. Just be sure to plan your arrival and departure around the train (and King Tide).

Tucked in between some boat clubs and a working port, Island Cabana Bar is very unique for this part of Charleston. There aren't many waterfront spots on this side of the peninsula, so it's nice to grab a drink with a view of the bridge. They basically just opened up the boat club shop to the public, so you'll see guys going fishing and people with their families and everybody in between taking out their center consoles, so there's always something to watch. This place is serve yourself for the most part, so head to the back and pick out a $5-8 single (or bucket) out of the fridge. The canned wines are the best deal. Only gets 4 out of 5 because there's honestly not much going on and parking is pretty terrible, but they're making do with what they've got. We didn't try any of the food but they've got a very solid menu at good prices, so I can't speak to that but it all looked great. Definitely a quick date spot, everyone was coupled up and talking quietly when we were there. Perfect for a Sunday afternoon or if you're one of the lucky ones with a boat, but not much else. I'm glad it's here, but don't go out of your way to check this off the list if you're not local or in the area.Parking: Make sure you park on the dirt marsh-side before you cross over the small bridge. The boat club next door doesn't take kindly to you even getting close, and you'd have to do a 3-point turn around $250,000 boats stacked sky-high.

Went in for lunch and got the buffalo fried shrimp appetizer and the Cuban sandwich. The food was amazing and it’s quite possibly the best dining view on the Peninsula. I will definitely be back.
Very cool vibe on the river with Island music playing over the dock speakers. Definitely the spot to be on a sunny afternoon or a summer evening. Be careful of the train that blocks the road sometimes. Not too big of a deal unless you are in a hurry. We had to wait about 10 minutes.

This feels like a hidden gem on the peninsula. So beautiful on the Cooper and right under the Ravanel Bridge. Food is simple but good, and on Saturdays they have plenty of tvs showing college football. Great laid back option for Charleston.

Popped in for a bite on a Monday afternoon. Had some trouble getting to the place waiting on the train, but once it passed we found ample "street parking" in the side lot as parking in the boating area near the restaurant is not allowed. I ordered the Mahi Fish Bowl and my husband got the special Italian Hoagie. Everything was delish and more high-end than anticipated given the dockside location. The employee at the cash register was so kind and patient and went above and beyond to correct a mistake with our food. Great selection of beer, wine, and froses with an option for buckets of mix and match! Music selection was superbly matched to the venue and gorgeous dockside views of the water. Would love to come again soon and try something else.

Great location, buckets of beer very fair price. Hidden gem on the water for downtown. Food average for the price point. I had the burger and looked at what else went by. 100% going back for beers and views- may try something else off food
