Cool little place with outdoor seating. We got iced coffees from here almost everyday we were in Charleston. Didn’t try much else but their menu sounded very good. The one other item we did try and recommend are the local pop tarts they sell. They also a ton of premade salads and sandwiches you can grab. You could even pop in for a carton of eggs. Also of plenty of space to pull out your laptop and get some work done.

This is my go to for amazing food, coffee and drinks. I have never had a bad meal here.Staples like the boss and avocado toast are always amazing. You can tell that they really use good quality ingredients to make their food. They also try to use local in regional products, which I love. If you ever go and there is a special just do yourself a favor and get it, they never disappoint! The cold brew has fueled my coffee addiction ever since they opened. I love to go for pre dinner or brunch cocktails as well. It is such a cute and historic building. The staff are so nice and it is super easy to get to even if you are not down town! All in all This is a must try whether you were local or just visiting.

Cool spot. Nice outdoor patio. I prefer the avocado toast at Babas on Canon, but Island Provisions is more spacious so you’re more likely to find a table.

We adored this place! We accidentally found the downtown Charleston location during our stay there at a close AirBNB! We visited 3 times in our 2.5 days there. Then, we passed by the John’s Island location on our way to Kiawah and decided to make the 25 min drive the next morning for our coffee and pop tart fix! Great coffee, service, pastries, toasts and local drink and food finds!Must try: pop tarts warmed up ?

Cute coffee shop, but terrible prices and terrible coffee. If you want a cute coffee shop to show off a new outfit and for it to be cute background, then this is it, but if you want actually good coffee that’s well priced, this is not it.

Can't beat a double espresso for under $3. $2.50, in fact, which is why we went (and why we went a second time later that day) . Staff is friendly and unpretentious, along with the rest of the vibe. Bagel sandwiches looked amazing. Clean bathrooms and great outdoor seating, too. An amazing find! I hope they keep it real.

The Boss breakfast sandwich looks mid...but it was SO good. The honey on this is to die for. It was very filling and I recommend. Very pretty location and I recommend if you don't want to wait in a long line like at the Daily. However baristas did not look like they wanted to be there and my iced vanilla latte was very average

I love this place! Always enough seating (at least on weekdays). The side patio is nice when I want to get some fresh air while I work/ read. I'm always looking for healthy food and this sandwich hits all the healthy points for me! Lots of veg and protein.

This was two doors down from our Airbnb. We were expecting just a coffee shop. It was so much more. It was our breakfast daily. Top grades to the avocado toast, salmon toast and the pop tarts. Only weak bake good was the cinnamon roll. Tea as a nice brand.

Took forever to get our drinks so they just offered to give us a refill when we were done. Super chill place.
