First visit and taking my order was very difficult for staff. Couldn't answer any of my questions and got my order wrong 3x. The mufflelatta sandwich, which is supposedly "signature" literally had 3 teeny tiny chopped olives...I know cause I counted them! Wanted my sandwich untoasted...guess what? It was toasted. Won't go back!

Tried to call the store and was listening to the advertisement while on hold and then someone just hung up on me. I called back and was on hold for five minutes before I gave up. I called the main customer service number and explained the problem and the girl on the phone just transferred me back to the same store and I was on hold again with no answer. I called back and told her that I wanted to lodge a formal complaint about the experience. I am done with Jason's Deli! Worst customer service experience ever!

Recently discovered this spot, the options are endless to be honest. There is a something for everyone…food is amazing, plus who doesn’t like an ice cream??Parking can get kind of hectic during lunch rush because it’s in the plaza but other than that? It’s so good, wish they had one closer to my area.

Service was prompt and efficient. Dining and beverage areas were clean and well stocked. Tables were cleared and cleaned quickly after use, and there was no pressure for us to rush through our meal or to leave. My food was good too!
