Jeni's Ice Cream is celebrated for its unique and innovative flavors, offering a delightful twist on traditional ice cream. Their commitment to quality ingredients and creative combinations results in a memorable taste experience. While generally adored for its distinct flavors, some patrons mention the pricing as a consideration. Nonetheless, Jeni's stands out as a premium choice for ice cream enthusiasts looking for an extraordinary treat.

If you're looking for a great selection of quality-made ice cream in downtown Charleston. This parlor is the place to go. Each different flavor of ice cream here is unique and delicious. There is something for everyone, there's even sorbets for those who cannot consume dairy products. They offer samples as well so you can find exactly which flavors you enjoy. The place is cozy, clean, and smells like the freshly made waffle cones that they make there. However, there is limited seating, so this is more of a to-go ice cream parlor. Overall a great place for some cold treats.Dietary restrictions: There are dairy-free options available.Parking: King Street parking is always difficult.Kid-friendliness: Great place to take the kids.

Some of the best ice cream I have tasted! There are a variety of flavors to choose from - I picked salty caramel and dark chocolate. The staff is friendly and allowed me plenty of time to pick between the endless options. A Charleston must go!

We waited 15 minutes in line, one was serving and the second girl was standing talking to her friends.

Scoopers were so sweet and were patient with us when we were trying different flavors before we made our purchase. Our absolute favorites were the almond brittle (not too sweet), buttery cake (more on the sweeter side), and the dark chocolate (not so bitter). We came around the time when it wasn't busy, so we were able to avoid long lines, sit indoors, and enjoy our ice cream. Pretty quiet inside!

Friendly staff and delicious ice cream but the portions are way off. $8+tip for a miserly ‘standard’ serving that would struggle to be classed as a kids portion anywhere else. Note to Jeni: Look to equivalent businesses (Salt & Straw, Fifty Licks, etc) and re-calibrate your portion

Wowwww! Any city that there is a jenis, trust me I will be going. I always get their ice cream at the grocery store, but there is seriously nothing like getting it at the physical store. The employees are always so sweet, and they all are very informed about the new flavors etc.

Jeni's offers a variety of unique flavors. I know it's ice cream, but I found it too sweet (unpopular opinion). There is always a very long line, but the servers were friendly, gave samples, and tried to keep the line moving, which was nice.

Amazing ice cream, they gave me lots and they kept the cone warm. Good tasting ice cream

I stopped at Jeni's during my quick trip to Charleston. My cousin recommended the spot. The ice cream was great, they give you 2 scoops and you can pick 2 different flavors. My only con was it was probably the most expensive ice cream I have ever had, nearly $20 for 2 cones.
