This is the now the second time we've done an online pick up order for lunch and the toppings are incorrect. The team member in store was very nice and helpful, offered to remake the subs but unfortunately in the middle of a work day it's hard to go back out. They did refund the order, but I will not be ordering online from this location again without checking the order before I walk out of the store.

Order here often as we live local. Pre-ordered 4 subs on Halloween as limited time to get kids ready. Order placed 4:40p. App stated pickup at 5:02. I arrived 5:05 - Order not ready. Stood and watched 10 people enter and walk out with subs made in front of them before asking about my order at 5:30. Turns out they forgot to put it out. I requested consessions for my time since we wouldn't have time to eat before trick or treating. They offered a 10 cent chip in exchange for our soggy subs and time! I challenge the owner of this location to earn our business back. The expectation is to not charge me for soggy sandwiches, especially after wasting an hour of our time.
