I have been going to this Krispy Kreme for a number of years now. The product is good hands down WHEN you can get it because most of the time they haven't got the flavored donuts or specialty donuts made. Today for example they advertise Cinnamon rolls on Sunday which is sssoooo good however they NEVER HAVE THEM EVER! They actually told me it was corporates fault they didn't have them. They change management as fast as the weather changes in Charleston and the place isn't all that clean at all. I wish someone would go in there clean it out and run it properly. They have the clientele to make bank roll but if you don't have the product to sell people just walk away mad ? and disappointed like myself.

Nothing beats a fresh Krispy Kreme. Service was nice and pleasant, particularly at 5a.m. The facility could use a deep clean...seems a bit run-down.

Doughnuts were hard and there is false advertising for your crème filled doughnuts. They have NO filling in them. It is like you are eating stale bread. Your business has gone downhill and I do not recommend or plan to return to your location or any location that you have.

No soft drinks at all. Gave us wrong donuts. Asked for milk. Didn't get it. We were told in a stern voice with attitude," we didn't get no milk" No receipt was given to compare. Very rude. Donuts were old.

Buckle up! You're about to have your mind blown by stupidity. Okay, so back in the day (pre-covid19 days) this location was on the money. Doughnuts looked great and everyone that worked there had a functioning brain! Well, the past few times have been quite the opposite. My most recent trip was this past Sunday. I just wanted to get a half dozen mixed varieties of Doughnuts. After EACH DOUGHNUT I ASKED FOR, the guy on the speaker said "we don't have any more of that.....wait....nevermind. we do." AFTER EACH DOUGHNUT!!! SIX TOTAL TIMES. Okay that wasn't THAT big of a deal. Still annoying though. My total was $12.96. I gave the guy at the window a twenty and said "hang on, I have $0.96." He ignored me or didn't hear me, shut the drive-thru window and took about 3 minutes to ring up my order and bring back my change. He eventually brought me back $6.04. Before he came back, another guy was standing at the window. I got his attention and I told him "hey man, I have $0.96. So you can just have him bring me back $1." I gave him the change and the $0.04. Thus resulting in them owing me $1. The original guy came back and said "can I help you?" And I said "yeah, I gave you $0.96. I just need a dollar back." He says "you didn't give ME $0.96." O said "no, but I gave it to the other guy." He told me that he already closed the drawer and there was nothing he could do. Krispy Kreme do better. Please. You used to be the "GOAT." You owe me $1.
