First and foremost, the staff at the W Ashley location are super kind and hospitable, and for that, I give them much respect. I felt the the soups I tried though, were “meh” at best, unfortunately. I had high hopes and was sadly let down after trying the sample soups. The broccoli cheddar soup majorly lacked on the cheddar taste. It was more of a broccoli and cream soup in my opinion, with not much flavor (or broccoli). The chicken noodle was not very good. It tastes a lot like Campbell’s canned Soup which is not the “traditional” taste I was imagining. Lastly, the best of the three was the Greek lemon soup, which was still lacking in flavor (and chicken) but the feta was good in it. I probably won’t be back for soups but may try a sandwich or something one day. Hope this review helps. Thanks for the awesome customer service. Sorry I couldn’t leave a better review.

went when the hours said open and were not even open. If you are going to close early than you need to update your google. very disappointed. not everyone has facebook ir wants to follow. never coming back.

I love that Ladles survived the pandemic. Support your local Ladles! They always have amazing soup. Try something new. My favorite is always to do a half and half, soup n salad or soup n half sandwich. Soup was piping hot and tasty. Tried the herb cheese and veggie on toasted rye. So good!!

The crew is great but the tips we give don't go them goes straight to the owners. Not worth tipping to make the greedy owners richer while their employees struggle to make ends meet. Just stay away from this location!
My wife and I went here to get some lunch. We love soup! We went in thinking about just getting soup, but we got the a half sandwich as well. We both got the loaded potato soup. She got the ham and cheese sandwich. I got the turkey bacon on rye. We loved the food. The wife got a job offer, but declined. We will come back to try something else on the menu. You should try it too! This is definitely a great place to try if you're into soup, salads, or sandwiches. Just say yum!

They steal tips from their workers to go back to the business’s regular payroll even though customers like me were led to believe the tips went to the workers. Very shady to mislead customers!!

We have eaten many times at the now closed location at Fresh Fields and loved it. Tried to make the Bees Ferry location our new favorite but disappointing. Higher priced than other locations and ordered chicken salad, but it was more like two pieces of toast with lettuce and tomato between. $9.95 for toast! Soup looked watered down and of course went up in price as well to $3.50 for a small eight ounce bowl. Stay home folks. Save your money.

Don’t get your hopes up. Pretty horrible food. Got two specials with she crab soup and Greek lemon soup and grilled cheese. The she crab soup tasted awful and seemed to taste out of a can. My grilled cheese had a twist tie melted into it…. The other grilled cheese didn’t have much melt to it. Wouldn’t recommend. Better of getting something from lowes foods or one of the other restaurants in the plaza.
