Rude employees. I tried to give this place a chance but almost every time I go in they act like you’re trying to steal something. Today the cashier literally came and stood beside the register with his arms crossed and glared at me when I was grabbing a soda. I went to self checkout and it froze up after I put in my rewards number. I told the associate and she just looked at me and rudely said “go to another one”. I go to this place because it’s close to where I live but it’s overpriced and people are so rude. This is coming from someone that’s worked in customer service for most of my life. That’s not how you treat people.

The prices are way higher then the Pub I go to and the parking wasn't hard to find. The parking lot and landscape was very clean.Food should not be allowed to be overpriced because of the store you buy it from.

The atmosphere is always clean, friendly, and vibrant. I enjoy the diversity in selections and the prices are fair. The Lowes food items are incredibly well made and taste amazing as well.

Prices in the store are high compared to all others around. Not only that I have gotten there deli food twice this week. The first time food was cold. Now today the second time the food is cold again and barely any food put in the to go box for 8.99. No corn bread either. Also the okra seriously taste ill with old grease and was extremely dark ? I think I’ll trust Walmarts deli. EDIT: take one of the Lowe’s brand pizzas home and cook it. The outside burns and the inside dough stays raw and mushy. Put it back in just to burn it more while dough still raw. Plus I emailed you like you requested and no response back. Don’t worry about it…. Business will be taken elsewhere for my whole family. Good chat

Such a clean, well-organized store. Everyone was so helpful.The checkout stations seem to be greatly understaffed. It took over 15mins to get through the line once I got to the single register that was open.

My 1st time going here and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting your typical grocery store, rows of food items, and such. But no, this place reminded me of a Wholefoods. Clean, welcoming, bright, and airy. Items seemingly priced accordingly. It's just a great grocery store shopping experience.
Lowe's in Summerville has a much better overall selection of meats, the store layout is better designed, and offers more.

Surprised of the 3 star rating. First time coming to the store the other day and overall it's very clean snd looks pretty new. We mainly purchased items from the deli/prepared foods section. Got the chicken pot pie, also some packaged cheese tortillini. The chicken pot pie was so yummy! Probably one of the best I've ever eaten. The cheese tortillini was also very good. We also got the mac n cheese which was almost too cheesy...if thats a thing. I think they put like a block of cheese in it lol...Will for sure go back to try more deli items. As far as regular groceries ...it was pricey. 7$ for a bag of cheese doodles...but then again inflation is bad everywhere.I also think it's fun that you can get a beer while you shop.Can't wait to try more deli items like the fried chicken and wings

This is a beautiful store! We like to shop and love to stop by the Community Table events. The problem is the older person working the beer/wine events. She is unfriendly, very slow, uninterested and disengaged. It makes an uncomfortable experience when it should be fun.
