They never have croutons for salads at all it’s always no we don’t have it ….. it look dark inside this one never seems like anyone is working not a good

Pizza is ok but don't expect special orders or instructions to be followed. Haven't had them get anything outside of the most basic pizza correctly. I'm sure they don't even read the tickets.
Slammed on a Friday night, they came through with an -Absolutely- Beautiful pie. The staff there are the best, and pizzas are really really good too.

Disappointment is the key word. I came in on a whim to buy a pizza. Marco's has a great pizza. I went in, and I was unable to access my app, so I asked if they could check my account or if there were any discounts available. I was told only through the app. Which I know is not true due to experience with other locations. Then I waited for my pizza and wasn't told it was ready and had to ask for it. Had I not, the employees would not have told me it was ready.

Sometimes they deliver, sometimes they don't!! It really is hit or miss with this place. Sometimes they answer the phone, they sometimes just ignore it. Food is pretty good, if you can actually get any, or if the order is correct when someone picks up the phone.

The times I have order they have my food ready, great customer service and the food is good the pizzas are big love it .

Apparently they are a real hit and miss operation. Several weeks ago I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. There was virtually no sauce and very little cheese. This was the first time I ordered from them and will be the last. I was sent a survey, and told them what my experience was, but there was no follow up.To make matters worse, they now have my email address and keep sending me emails. I've "unsubscribed" multiple times, but the emails keep coming and reminding me how bad the quality of their food is.

we ordered 3 pizzas from here a few weeks ago. Our son got just a normal Cheese pizza, well unfortuntly as he was eating he found two pieces of hair baked in the pizza. he got physically sick and on inspection my husband found more hair in his pizza. We called the store and the manager was nice, he was going to refund the pizza and give us a gift card. Well to this day we have not seen a return for the pizza and haven't seen any gift card. Please dont eat her, unless you like eating hair!

I couldn't pick up my order because the manager left to deliver a pizza and the other employees can't open the door without him. I've never dealt with something like this in my life! Unbelievable and unprofessional.
