Beautiful spot to take in the view and enjoy some yummy food! Biscuits were delicious. I had the country fried steak and eggs and it was great as well. Great service! When you come in to parking lot, you have to take a ticket to park but the restaurant will validate your parking!

This place is amazing and worth the wait on a Sunday morning. I got the Broad Street w/o the red peppers. The shrimp in the omelete was so incredibly sweet and delicious. Highly recommend anything with that shrimp!!!

Really great food. Fresh and served really fast. The only slight negatives- sticky color is never attractive. You get over it fast but it’s off-putting when you enter. Also the smell when you enter. Sure it’s a seafood place but could smell a little more cleaner.Service was good but no refills offered. She was busy though, so just an over sight.
I had a craving for Shrimp and grits. So I gave them a shot. It was an excellent choice.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Charleston, breakfast, lunch or supper. Quaint place. Food and service is great, and you can’t beat the view nor the prices compared to the big chains.

Chef’s salad inedible. Greens were tough as if they came out of a lawnmower. Coleslaw was good as well as the collards. Waitress was gruffly. Fried oysters were okay. Would definitely return, but I was very cautious about what I ordered. I should’ve asked the waitress not to charge me for the chef salad, but I was a little bit too cowardly to insist.

Marina Variety is a diner frequented by locals for yummy, hearty comfort food. Located next to the water, you have great views. Try the biscuits and gravy with fried chicken!
