i don’t normally post google reviews but i must say that this place was amazing. clean, fast, and very nice staff. food was so fresh when we stirred our pastas, steam just poured out. 10/10 would recommend visiting

Cheese Sticks was still cold in the middle. The Alfredo in my opinion had to much garlic and needed salt but staff never came back to table, they stayed in the back or on the phone. First time last time coming here.

I normally use doordash/ubereats/grubhub since I live on Johns Island, but I saw they used an app called slice. I downloaded the app, entered my address and they popped right up as available for delivery. I placed my order at 6:15, by 6:40 it was prepared and en route according to the app, with an ETA of 7p. Well, 7:50 rolls around and still no dinner. I reached out to customer service via the slice app and the rep there had to contact the restaurant to find out that I'm outside their delivery zone. It wasnt until that moment that my order was canceled and I received text notification of this issue. HORRIBLE service. Especially considering the app showed the food was ready and on it's way. And of all days, I haven't eaten since 8am. So yea, I'm pissed and this place sucks. End of story.

We love Mario's. Sometimes we eat in and it reminds me of any number of Mediterranean eateries. Sometimes we take out. But whatever we choose, the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious! Their salads are great, too!! We highly recommend Mario's!

I found this place on the back into Charleston. My wife and like to try new places, so we thought we would give it a shot. We were very surprised how good it was. My wife wanted Italian, and I wanted a burger, so it was a win-win for me. At first, I was like, burgers at a place the serves Italian food. I was very delighted at how good the burger was. It was one of the better ones I have had in Charleston area. My wife ordered a pasta and said it was very good also. We also ordered a pizza that was very good for the price. If I am every back in the area I will definitely stop in again.

DD delivery order, so there is that. Mozzarella sticks were meh. Pizza is like…good…just okay. Carrot cake was great but obviously they didn’t make it. I’m just being honest here: not worth the 2024 inflation rate for a pizzeria. Way too many better options. If you’re gonna charge Manhattan prices, do better.

I was a dasher picking up order. Girl said it would be 15 minutes they hadn’t started order. I asked to use bathroom and she said rudely that it was for paying customers only. Not the dashers waiting to bring their customers food. I try a lot of places I deliver from but I will not be going back here after that experience. People wonder why they don’t get their food. A lot of times the business is rude to the delivery drivers and they lose money because delivery drivers no longer want to enter their establishment to be treated rudely by the staff when all they are trying to do is work and help their business make money. It makes no sense to me why businesses do it but I can tell you I’m not spending money anywhere that lacks customer service.
