I went there today for lunch. The pizza is always delicious at MOD. It was my first time visiting this location and the customer service was outstanding! All 4 gentlemen were so friendly. I plan to visit again when I'm in the area. Also I found the restaurant including the restroom to be neat, organized and clean.

My pizza experience was lacking overall. I ordered the a super cruat and I am pretty sure that it's not what I received. The overall experience is so exciting because of all of the ingredients and toppings that you can choose from, but somehow, the taste and quality disappoints. I feel like the quality was much better in the past and has gone down slowly over time.

First time customer and I will never return. They are some of the rudest people I have ever met here. Rolling their eyes at anything you say. Definitely wouldn’t ever recommend coming here especially if you want to stay in a good mood. They make you feel terrible just to ask for something extra.

Until recently my wife & I got our mini pizzas but she didn't like the very thin crust. I did. We went and got a double crust in the medium size and were very happy with this. It was more like the pizzas we grew up with. They have vegan cheese and glutin free crusts. There's no upcharge for toppings. Same with salads. Get as many as you like. And we like the food.

Hotel delivery, salad was good.Ordered mushrooms on my pizza, I do love mushrooms! But, as you can see by the pic, only 4 mushrooms...
My family loves this place! We come here almost every weekend and we are never disappointed! I get the same thing...Mega Dough Pepperoni and Pineapple!!! Now...they are a little pricey, but I love supporting these guys for giving me a great family spot!!!

Shame on your Manager Tim for being such an insensitive human being. How dare you question a patrons intent on finding a dear friend whom suffers from mental illness. My friend used to work there until he disappeared. My effort was laughed and questioned by manager Tim. His clear lack of empathy will be the store's downfall. As a regular patron of the establishment, he will not get my business again. Thanks Tim for losing Mod Pizza a loyal and frequent diner of this establishment. I go there 1-2X a week but will tell 2-4 people each week of the restaurant's terrible manager Tim and why I will not visit the place again. Good luck to you.

I ordered mega all meat pizza. The girl sprinkled about 4-5 microscopic pieces of hamburger and sausage on my pizza. Didn’t rollout the dough on one side of the pizza so I ended up with half a pizza with uncooked dough. Plus she had attitude like she was pissed at the world that she had to be there. I’ve heard other people love it but that wasn’t my experience.

Just an all around mess. My advice...do not order online. Estimated time is NEVER correct. It's usually an hour late. Unfortunately tonight it's longer than an hour late so this the 1 star review. Terrible communication between employees/customers. I appreciate the free drink offer for my wait but I don't want a drink just an accurate pickup time. Your 1 hour later than said. Which is not an issue if you tell me it'll be an hour.
