First time ever experiencing this restaurant in Charleston, SC. Our waitress, Kayla, was very attentive, kind and professional. There were tables near the bar area which had a nice vibe to relax and enjoy or outdoor seating. The food was awesome and the bustle of the downtown area was quite charming. Do yourself a favor and try this place. ?

Happy hour is great, awesome food and vibes. Great spot for a quick bite and drink and then enjoy the rest of the night wherever it takes you. Must order raw oysters, super fresh!
Today was absolutely amazing! The Oyster House is a 5 plus star! The staff was courteous, kind and attentive. The food was refreshingly amazing! The Red Snapper was cooked to perfection and the crab & so aromatic and avocado toast was the best! I’ll definitely be back for more ?❤️

The outdoor seating is amazing. The service is very good. I just found the food to be a bit expensive for what you get, and not as tasty as I was expecting. For all the competition around Oyster house, it just seems to be average. It is not terrible by any means, but I think they could be better. We had the soup, seafood casserole, and the salad shrimp roll. It was good but wasn't great or spectacular by any means. Like I said, I think you can do better around the area for the same prices.

If I could give 6 stars for service I would. Brandon was attentive, entertaining, kind and helpful! He went above and beyond explaining the menu items and answering all of my questions. I almost ordered something that I wouldn’t have even been able to eat and he helped me make a better choice. Food came out hot and quick and absolutely delicious. Everyone around us was having a great time laughing and smiling. I would recommend this wonderful spot to all of my friends and if you’re reading this considering going, ask for Brandon!

Food was hot and fresh the Southern Grits are so creamy and buttery. Flounder was fresh and hot. Our server Jackson was excellent. A nice place eat on the patio in front on a Spring day. Music was a little loud but we are old.
