We got exactly what we ordered, food was still hot and the pork fried rice was amazing! Sesame chicken was fresh and not greasy. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. Can't wait to try something else from here.

The black cashier is extremely rude, and a nasty personality. We get into a discussion about a order that I was told by the manager to return, and he tells me to shut up and sit down and we go back-and-forth with one another but I would never go back there or recommend anyone to go there. I’m going to be listed this on the website called Nextdoor.

The food was good, unfortunately they didn't give me what I ordered. I asked for Kung Pao chicken but received chicken with mixed vegetables (and peanuts?) and I wasn't gonna drive all the way back to get it fixed. It's kind of expensive for what it is, but not bad. Just check your bag before you leave.

We have been ordering from Panda Palace for quite a long time and have always enjoyed the food. But tonight we had the BEST food we have had in this area in years! Everything was fresh and crispy and delicious! We are very fussy about our hot and sour soup, and this was the best we have had. ThOe pork lo mein was not greasy, but succulent and flavorful with crispy veggies and chunks of pork. The ribs were tender. Our chicken wings were incredible! Thank you Panda Palace for an excellent meal!

I wish I could give a zero!!! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I I did not receive something in my order ( sweet and sour sauce)I called back let them know that we didn't receive it the representative who answered was so rude I don't know how that person has a job there. I refuse to go back there ever again we've been going there for quite some time the food is not even that good to have to deal with the disrespect from that place.

Ordered delivery. It arrived stone cold, missing items, never again. A while later, the delivery person arrived with the missing item also called to make sure we received it. We have been customer there for years, so I appreciated it.
