My husband loves papa John’s when it’s done right, and he keeps having the faith that this location will be better. It’s not! Puddles of grease even after there was so much already spilled and soaked up by the box. Im totally turned off, but I’m sure we’ll end up trying another location in his hopes that their food will hit the spot like it used to.

I placed an order many hours in advance and it is over an hour late and still has not been delivered. Not only was I sent to voicemail multiple times when I called but when I was transferred to the manager finally she was extremely rude.

I've noticed the staff are very easy going and polite. Very work oriented and speedy. Great menu items.. not the usual pizza and specials. they offer coupons and promo codes for online shopping. There open late!! Delivery is available to most local customers. There ready to greet you with a smile?.. the surrounding community are lucky to have a food service that really cares. From desserts to dinner they've got you covered, give them a call or order online there the best ones for the job. Complete and utter confusion on the service end they couldn’t handle the orders and had a line of people waiting that showed online that their orders were ready when they in fact were not. They need more help or new employees I haven’t seen service that bad in a very long time.

I ordered online but they didn't start making my pizza until I arrived twenty minutes later. They weren't terribly busy. I'm not sure what the hold up was. Pizza was Papa John's so you know what you're getting.

The J.I. 29412 managment are rude no apology for getting my pizza wrong. I am sorry I ordered from Papa John's. It has been years since I ordered never will again. 4/9/2023. Only got 2 stars cause I ate the breadsticks which held me off til the new pizza came.
