Doesn't exist. Take it off maps.

Super good sandwiches here. I lived around the corner in a past life and loved having this cute deli tucked into the laundry.

I noticed Persimmon Cafe was highly recommended by the locals and made it a priority to stop here first thing on our way into Charleston.

Great specials! Can't beat $5 sandwich day... less money with all the flavor!

Great sandwich shop just off campus at CofC. Fresh ingredients, generous size and great value on Monday/Wednesday ($5 sandwiches). I had the Greek Pita and cucumber salad on side. Adult grilled cheese and Caprese were enjoyed as well.

Super fun sandwich shop that shares the same space as a laundromat - what a combination. I had the turkey pesto which was very good. The sandwiches are buttered up and pressed, so be aware your fingers will likely get greasy. I was okay with this, but next time I may ask to skip the butter. I had a side of orzo pasta which was amazing, it was coated in balsamic and had feta cheese mixed in - super delicious! Service was friendly!

This place is awesome! Definitely the type of place that only locals really frequent. Their Greek wrap is amazing and with boylans soda it's the perfect place for a refreshing meal!

I have made trips up to KC from OKC for Jack Stack Barbecue, we are just obsessed. They have so many great sides and meat/cut options, it's so impressive. I usually do their two meat entree with burnt ends and beef ribs or brisket with a loaded baked potato. They haven't let me down and I plan on coming back as much as I can.

So I used to eat here 3-4 times a week, I know excessive, but i loved this place and now the food totally sucks. The roasted chicken is a disgrace now please change what ever it is that you're doing.

Cool vibe with amazing sandwiches! Don't be put off that it's located in a laundromat.

I love this place, but the hours are incorrect, it closes at 5. I was disappointed that it was closed when I went there this evening at 8 pm

Persimmon Cafe use to be my favorite place in Charleston to grab food. I remember when they first opened how great the food and service was. It's such a cool spot and it didn't hurt that I lived around the corner. With that being said, these past few years- something has changed. The spark that made this place so great is definitely not there any more. The past few times I have gone in for food the service was not like it used to be. Today I ordered the chicken roasted sandwich with a Nutella custard but it took over 30 minutes to get the order ready. I understand being busy but it felt like they were understaffed for the lunch rush and I came out with a soupy custard with no marshmallows.

A cafe in laundromat...... don’t judge. Ordering fun with very accommodating guys manning the counter. And man what a sandwich. We shared the zucchini melt.

I normally don't like sandwiches, but I am so glad I went to this one. Tried both the roast chicken and adult grilled cheese, and both were delicious - not to mention generously portioned (esp. the roast chicken... could definitely be shared amongst two not-super-hungry people). To top it all off, the staff were extremely nice and friendly. If I lived in Charleston, I'd get lunch here every week!
