Wow. These people are doing pizza hut no favors. Can't make a pizza if they tried. Pitiful. Twice in one week, pick up, waited double time, had to be refunded.

Didn't send me my whole order and tried calling, was sent to the call center and they sent me to the store phone who never picked up ..I have been a loyal Pizza Hut customer for years...no longer! I will be contacting corporate and will never order from the Ashley River Road, Charleston SC location ever again, probably never order from any Pizza Hut again....Do Better!

Alright man, listen. I'm not from charleston, I'm down here from upstate because my little boy is having a bone marrow transplant, and we got dinner from here one Tuesday night at the pizza hut on Ashley Ave, and after we ordered ahead, spent 30 mins in traffic going g 5 miles from our hotel, there was evidently such an overload that orders were filling up in the box and nobody wanted to deal with customers. Everyone had the same "I'm not the one to talk to" response, and finally, "the one to talk to" lost his cool and started cussing and hollering at hi coworkers, talking about "I guess I'll just clock out and quit ". My husband went in, and we stayed in the car, but th shouting was definitely still audible from outside the building.Long story short, the pizza was tasty but we had to microwave it, so ehh

Pizza and Breadsticks were cold. Asked them to have driver ring doorbell when they dropped food off but they don’t listen. Domino’s and Bucks Pizza is a lot better than Pizza Hut. Will not order from Pizza Hut

This pizza hut is the BEST pizza hut. The only pizza hut I'll go to! The team at this location is awesome and take pride in their work. I've been coming to this location for years and my orders have always been on point and delicious! I love this pizza hut and the team here is awesome!
I order at 5pm on door dash called was on the phone 1hour tell someone answered said waiting on door dash I called at 830pm no one Never answered my phone was on phone toll 11pm .never delivered my food . I kept calling to get money refunded no one never answered .very dissatisfied.

Anthony who is the delivery driver is always very courteous and delivers pretty fast. He makes sure we aren’t missing anything in our order.
Store is always on point with my order and when a mistake is made, they're always ready to help fix it. Everytime I've gone, I've had a big order and they've been quick to get the food made and cooked perfectly

I don't want Pizza Hut evey time, but when I want it.. I want it. We have tried 4 different Huts and evey time been disappointed until tonight. This was exactly what were searching for. Enough cheese, enough sauce and the toppings were evenly distributed. A truly good Pizza Hut pizza!

First few times of ordering here, the pizza was great but these last few times it's been absolutely horrible pizza. The pizza was so thin and rubbery. I will NEVER order from here again.
