Cozy yet fun, nice wine by the glass and interesting shots like a "green tea" and absinthe served with the traditional sugar cube.

Cocktails were top notch. The Knuckleball in particular was fascinating. Service was fantastic, we really enjoyed meeting Ray.

Wonderful bartender and drinks. We were lucky that it wasn't too crowded so we got served right away. We had tried to get in at another restaurant across the street that was packed. This location was much better as we could visit amongst ourselves and had a wonderful time.

This was our first stop on our evening out for the bachelorette party, and we knew all the cocktails would be speciality items but their takes on some of the drinks were not our style. The bar was small and crowded making it hard to find a table for 6 of us. We all ordered a different drink and most of us were very disappointed. One of the drinks had the Charleston Buck had egg white in it and none of us liked it. The Hemingway Daiquiri had an overwhelming flavor or grapefruit juice, and tasted very tart and bitter compared to a typical daiquiri. The Pink Rabbit was ok with a fresh taste to it. We felt the cocktails were overpriced and not quite what we were looking for. The server was AMAZING and super knowledgable with his descriptions of the drinks and passion for the menu. Its a nice place if your looking for a casual evening to share a drink or two but too small for large parties for if you go too late its standing room only.

Hands down one of the best bar programs in Charleston. Period. Go there. You don't need anywhere else.
Eh. Nothing special. Drinks average, service average. Ambiance cool, but overall would skip

Terrible staff. Owner thinks he's better than people and hires staff that think and act just like him. If you're visiting Charleston, there are literally dozens of better options within a few blocks. If you live in Charleston, you already know.

All the trappings of a great speakeasy, but the drinks were.... well, rough. On the palette. The dark and stormy was GINGER, with a dash of rum. The Lion's Tail was ALLSPICE with a dash of whiskey.Honestly, they were trying hard. And awful.Maybe you'll have better luck...
