I ordered frequently from this place but I always got it delivered, until today. I ordered a pick up order since I was in the area and I regret it. I was given a 20 minutes window that my food would be ready despite arriving after that window I was informed my order was being worked on. With my dog in the car, I asked them how much more time. The young girl rudely responded that it was be an additional 10 minutes. When I entered the establishment again I heard another employee stating to the young girl she needs to be nicer to customer (even though I did not say anything about it; giving the impression that there has been a couple insistence of this). The girl rudely replied "I don't care." I was appalled by her response. I picked up my order and there weren't even a pair of utensils or napkins included. Overall, very disappointed about the service.

Got the milk tea boba tea and kimchi udon soup. The boba tea was delicious and not overly sweet and the uson soup was tasty. Sour soup base with lots of kimchi, veggies, fat udon noodles and lots of seafood. Service was very good and restaurant was spacious so you didn't feel clustered.

Today I came here for lunch. They have the best fried calamari with tiny bits of fried bell pepper and onions. Something about the combination with all the flavors is just so delicious along with the spicy chili sauce is awesome.I also had the lettuce wraps with chicken which was full of flavor I think this will be my second favorite dish!!

Easy pick up process. Employee was pleasant and swift. We had the Beef Pho and it was 10/10. The broth was fantastic and the crunch of the bean sprouts added a nice texture to the pho. We will be coming back!

A friend ordered Riso Noodle House on Uber eats a few days before my visit. I stopped and ordered General Tso’s Chicken extra spicy. They seemed understaffed the day that I was there, but that did not affect the service. The gentleman working the tables and the register was hustling. The food was good and spicy. It was not a spicy as I would’ve liked, but I generally have a higher tolerance and acceptance of heat.I will definitely be going back.

I have been ordering the beef pho almost weekly I loved this place but the meat quality just isn't the same. I'm not sure what changed but I get mostly fatty brisket and the meatballs just aren't great. Also the veggie side portions have gotten smaller the last few times I've ordered. If that's not important to you then this is your place.
