WOW! Duncan made my morning so special, he was super attentive to my needs as a customer and was very knowledgeable of the menu… hard to find these types of employees in 2024…. Seriously THANK YOU DUNCAN! Food was very good too!

We eat of food too quick for pictures. The lox & bagel was wonderful, and the avocado toast w/poached eggs & bacon was perfect. Reasonable prices too - a rarity for Charleston.

The food is excellent...but be warned it's not really a brunch spot...no breakfast after 11.

So so I recently made a visit there on March 17, 2024 and I stood in front of the register for literally three minutes watching a woman on her phone texting not even acknowledging that I was there. She finally never made eye contact with me but said can I help you? I said yes I’d like to get a blueberry scone and a cinnamon twist. She then focused back on her phone again never making eye contact with me and then after another minute, she said her phone down and said I’m sorry what was that that you said you wanted? I wanted to say well if you were paying attention to me rather than being on your phone, you would’ve got it, but I didn’t. I repeated I would like a blueberry scone and a cinnamon twist and a coffee, she said OK. Picked her phone back up again and was texting again while I was trying to tell her I’d like a little bit of room for my cream and sugar in my coffee. It seems like a pretty nice place. They have some nice pastries looks like they have a nice breakfast, but I’ll tell you what they need to work on their customer service.

I Wanted the strawberry short cake with whipped cream muscarpone filling for my birthday cake. A client sent it to us years ago and it was the best cake I've ever had in my life. I got it a couple years ago for my birthday cake but it was overdone. My husband ordered it again this year and got a cheesecake instead. That would have been okay If it wasn't very dry and grainy. The crust was soggy and flavourless. I love cheesecake and this was one of the worst I'd ever had.

Almost no glutefree options. Everything already pre-cooked, so no changes possible. Ended up with a salad which didnt contain much ingrediënts. Pitty. They do have nice gf

Bad customer customer service in this place. The staff seems to be indifferent about whether or not we have a good experience. We had to wait for 15 minutes before the waitress arrived, although the restaurant was not busy and only four more tables were occupied when she came and asked us about what we were going to drink, we asked for the breakfast menu then she said it was 11:05 and breakfast wasn't served anymore, we decided to leave, and she said “great that work perfect, and tell the host that we were leaving, and it was better for her.”

Bought a 7’ strawberry shortcake for a friend’s birthday. Was very pleased with how pretty it was and it tasted great! Will be back to try other cakes!

Slowest f---ing service ever!! Took over 20 minutes to get our water, food (had the gyro but took forever for the fries) & they took forever to give us back our cards when we needed to go. Food is decent but I've definitely had better food elsewhere. Not sure if I'd ever eat there again if they continue to be as slow as they are.

Lunch here recently was good but not what it once was. Service was slow, the place was noisy and crowded. Would I return? Not soon.

Stopped in for lunch and was seated right away. The waitress was nice but everything just seemed to take a while. The chicken gyro with fries did taste good and the reason for the 4 stars. The restaurant itself just felt dated and nothing super fresh about it. They were quite busy and when I left they told the table next to me in it would be about a 25 min wait.
