The food is TERRIBLY BAD! Nothing has flavor, I travel two hours, I never mind paying for food but this place disappointed me, very bad, the waitress very good service, but the man who receives you -0 I would give him 0 stars, shrimp a las diabla 0, roast beef 0, enchiladas 0! Tacos 0, Margaritas -00000000 I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL! The decoration of the place is very striking and beautiful, which is why we traveled 2 hours

Super fun maximalist & colorful decor and friendly service. Nice outdoor space in the back. Food was mostly very good and we look forward to visiting again.

My husband and I went to Santi's for the first time this afternoon. Where to start, the service was terrible. It was so slow we were often ignored. My order was incorrect , cold and terribly bland. We normally go to Senior Tequllia and that will remain our Mexican go to. Don't waste your money.

The salsa was bland, chips, cooked way too hard!! Don’t order the chimichanga if you want it crispy fried with white meat, the one I was served, had dark meat and soft almost undercooked exterior. Flavor was So that I only barely ate a quarter of it!! The atmosphere was nice and the margarita was very good, that is the only good thing I can say about this restaurant as I will not be returning

Limited menu. Good service, however the order was incorrect even after the server clarified. Food, Steak taco was fatty and the shrimp quesdilla (single order) consisted of 3 shrimp (not devined) and cheese, no additions. Mango margita was delicious and strong.

I was excited to see this open in West Ashley as I've been wanting to try the one downtown. Well, I don't know how you have 2 places with the same name and have such different reviews. I ordered the chicken mole and mole is usually a little sweet, but this was SO sweet I couldn't eat it. I didn't complain because menu says it's sweet, again mole has chocolate in it so I knew that, but this was over the top. My wife's tamales were decent. The drinks were the best thing we had, but we don't go out to drink, we go out to eat. The menu is small compared to most Mexican restaurants, which I thought would be a good thing because sometimes a place with too many items aren't that great. I'll wait until the "newness" wears off and maybe try it again, but I'll probably just check out the one downtown first so I'll know what I'm comparing it too.

We got there at 5 pm they seem very disorganized when we walked in.We seated ourselves waited for someone to take our order finally they did. We asked for water got 1 glass finally asked 4 times and got the other glass when we were ready to leaveThe decor was very thought out lots of stuff on walls etc.Too bad the didn’t think about glasswareThe water and 1 soda glasses were plastic tumblers with the Walmart stickers still on.I doubted they wash them fresh stickers were in perfect conditionNow the foodWe ate 3 or 4 times at the santi in mt pleasant food was good hot seasoned wellBeing from Arizona the food at the mt pleasant restaurant was goodHere not so muchI ordered chicken enchiladas SuizeA tablespoon of watered down 3 beans brown juice 2 tablespoons of rice not fully cooked or old and new rice mixed because of the hard rice in itThe chicken enchiladas had no seasoning just dried chicken wrapped in tortillasI don’t know what type of cheese they used to top it but was just a glob of rubbery stuffNo one seemed in chargeSome guy in a jacket and white scarf was taking food orders but was also running aroundHe asked the table next to us how everything was never bother to ask anyone elseSo no we well not he back to wa locationAlso I don’t recommend this restaurantFor what you’re paying and what you’re getting for your money is just 2 steps away Taco Bell.

This new spot is absolutely amazing. The food is always on point, but I'll admit the downtown location will always be my favorite!

You start off your meal with watered down salsa that drips off your chips. Not very chunky. Then your lunch special comes with beans, rice and lettuce. The beans that I received had five beans in it. More like bean juice soup. The rice was enough for three forks. The lettuce was only two fork fulls. Not much food for the money. Not great value for $11.50. Very disappointing.
