This is just another example of today's Workforce. I walked out. I asked for a cup holder and she screamed I am coming! I told her that my two burritos were not in my order and she rolled her eyes and said well you're going to have to wait. Total on the property one was mine. I will never go back. Such a lovely place up front and dirty nasty establishment in the back. I cannot believe this place is still open. This is the first time I've ever wanted to give negative Stars

DO NOT ORDER MILKSHAKES HERE. My mom and I ordered a cherry slush, a strawberry milkshake, and a chocolate shake. We proceeded to wait 45 minutes for our shakes, and I got impatient and tried to go inside and the doors to the dining area were locked despite no signage saying that they were closed. When we finally heard from the staff, our server was apparently high and “lost the ticket”. We were then served SOUR milkshakes that would have made us sick if we finished them. Manager offered us a refund but have not gotten it yet.

I placed an online order and it said it was going to be ready before I arrived. I checked in and waited. My name left the screen, and I waited longer. I finally pushed the button and inquired and I was told my order would be out shortly. It finally came. My burger was cold (like warm at best). My slush had very little flavoring. This isn't the 1st time service has been like this. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but apparently this IS how this location operates. Sad, because I do business in the area from time to time and I typically enjoy a slush and Sonic burger. BUT I won't be at this location. The service has been bad on several visits now.And again I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back. No different -- never got my order after over 20 minutes of waiting!

Waited my entire lunch break for food I can’t even eat, I couldn’t even ask the young lady at driver through for honey mustard sauce before the door slammed in my face. And when she did come back her attitude was very nasty!I order popcorn chicken and every single piece feel like hard rocks I can’t even eat it! So it was a waste of $11 meal and my time … didn’t even feel comfortable calling to complain how she came back to the window so rude!

First time here since I normally go to the one by Bees Ferry Circle. The mozzarella and tots were hot and fried to perfection (10/10 cheese pull). Slushies and burgers were good. Didn't have to wait long. They even gave us extra cheese and mozzarella..Vegetarian options: Cheesy

My online order worked efficiently; however, the advertised special did not ring up as discounted, and the milkshake was very watery and not potable.For online orders: You go to a parking space and push the red button, tell your name, and out comes your order. This is so much better than waiting in a drive thru line for your already prepared order.Food is fair. Service is SLOW, usually the workers are indifferent and understaffed.Order ahead/online if possible and you will not have to wait for your food in the slow drive thru.Wheelchair accessibility: Before all of the work it takes to use a wheelchair, make certain the dining room is open and find out which door (which side of the building) is open.

VERY RUDE & DIRTY. I had went for an interview, they told me no because of my hair color… then decided to say yea once I said I’m not switching my hair colorI called back a few days later and asked for the manager she says “well what does she want” and had a male employee pick the phone up and act like the manager..Restaurant need more workers or better workers, during my interview the table and floor was very dirty!! Even with the DM in there he act as if he saw nothing wrong with it

This is the worst sonic I have ever went to. I placed an online order for deal of $1 sunday they were offering that day. Luckily thats all I ordered instead of adding on a bunch of stuff like usual. When I arrived to pick it up from a booth like instructed no one ever came out to give my order. There were 3 other cars waiting there as well. I drove up to go speak with someone and no one answered me. It wasn’t a holiday and the lights were on inside but no workers to be found. It was only 2 pm so I was really disappointed, just left and wasted my money. This was the second time I had a issue with this location that made me realize to not go back. The first time I tried this location as soon as we pulled to the booth the employee said it was going to take 30 minutes off the bat. Me and my friends just pulled off.

Rude service, only myself and one other in the line, while giving my 2 item order the associate repeated it incorrectly, I attempted to correct her but she had already cut off the comms, as I get up to counter I tell her the order is incorrect and then after correcting it she doesn't repeat the order and still gives me an incorrect order. Smh
